2. Yes, [533], we have the body - this we have had before.

3. As we find, conditions continue to be somewhat on the improve. There are times when strain makes for a tiring easily, and a return of those gases for the system. But if the activities will be kept consistently the body will keep on the improve.

4. Not too much in the sun, but for the general improvement the taking of the Olive Oil internally as a laxative will be beneficial for the system; also the rubbing of the cerebrospinal system and the massage occasionally for the whole system.

6. (Q) What is my general condition? (A) As indicated.

7. (Q) How soon should the last of the adhesions be cured? (A) This depends, of course, upon the activities; and as soon as there has been sufficient of a uniform circulation to eliminate tissue that tends to create adhesions; or until there is created sufficient of the lymph and leucocyte and white blood that throws the wall about same - that PREVENTS SAME from being adhesive in its nature.

8. (Q) What causes the gas in lower bowels? (A) The diet, and too much superficial heat.

9. (Q) Am I eating as I should? (A) Be mindful of the diet. Don't overeat, but follow very closely in those things that are tended more toward an alkalin nature, see?

10. (Q) Any special foods that the body should eat at this time? (A) ROUGHAGE is the better for the body; pot liquor and beans and cabbage liquor, well seasoned, with corn bread;
