Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [533]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions are greatly improved in the general physical forces of the body from that as we have had here before.
3. While precautions should be taken - that is, while the body may engage in activities, these should not be such that there is too long periods in the present upon the feet or the tiring of the body in such manners as to reduce the resistance in the body; nor a great amount of stretching or of raising the arms above the head and stretching, or like the activities that caused the relapse to those disturbances that arose in the body. Not a great lifting, not those strains or the straining of the body so that there is the tendency of great weights upon the lower portion of the body.
4. Keep the eliminations near normal, with the diets towards a tendency of the alkalin-reacting rather than large quantities of meats or sweets - but these taken in their proper proportions. Eat the sweets rather with meats than with breads. Vegetables are the preferable for the body.
5. The use of the violet ray three to four times a week, especially over the lower portion of the spinal column and up between the shoulders occasionally, and across the abdomen, would be well.
6. All of these we would keep, and in doing this, as we find, we should keep the body near to the normal conditions.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Just what is my physical condition at this time? (A) As indicated, it is much improved. There are still those weaknesses and those tendencies in the areas as indicated, and the activities should be such that these DO NOT receive a setback or a strain. It would be like externally healing a sore and keeping it constantly irritated by rubbing or irritation, see? That is the

condition of the abdominal muscles and the abdominal area, especially across the caecum and the lower portion of the colon.
9. (Q) Have I had sufficient number of osteopathic adjustments? (A) It would be well that once or twice a month there be a treatment taken to KEEP the body physically fit.
10. (Q) Am I in any way retarding my cure? (A) Not as we find in the present; if there are those suggestions adhered to we should find not only the body physically able to do certain characters of work as indicated but would be helpful to the mental and the physical - just so there isn't too great a tiring or too great a strain produced in the body.
11. (Q) Is there any specific condition or thing I should do, or - (A) (Interrupting) Do as has been indicated.
12. (Q) How soon should I have a full recovery? (A) That depends upon the activity, the diets and the mental attitudes and all. These depend upon responses to the system, see? But work at it, expecting it and live it - and we will find the recuperation continuing.
13. We are through with this reading.
