Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Conditions change from day to day almost with this body. Some days the body feels much improved, others there is such a nagging, such a gnawing as it were in the abdominal area that it becomes very distressing and very discouraging to the body.

3. Use oil rubs over the abdomen.

4. Keep up the ultra violet ray.

5. When necessary use the colon irrigations.

6. And stimulate the body through a thorough massage along the spine. This may be done at home if there is just a thorough massage either side of the spine.

7. Be mindful in the diets that no fried foods are taken, ANY kind! The stewed, broiled - or as the vegetables, these are the better.

8. Do that.

10. (Q) Will riding 400 yards each day to take violet ray treatments hurt him? (A) No. If there is the care taken in the moving about and going to and fro.

11. (Q) What makes him sick on his stomach after he eats? (A) This is usually from waiting too long, or the dilation by the improper foods. Before food is taken, drink half a glass of not insipid but HOT water - and it'll be better.

12. (Q) Should he take a purgative? If so, what kind? (A) Milk of Magnesia is the better eliminate. Use enemas also to dilate the colon.

13. (Q) Please advise what to do for regular eliminations? (A) Do as has just been indicated. Use enemas and Milk of Magnesia.

14. (Q) Is he using the right kind of oils? (A) These are very good if they will be applied a little longer or so that they will be absorbed more by the body.

15. (Q) Please advise something to gain strength. (A) Do these things as has been indicated, and use the bodily exercise, keep in the open as much as possible, but do not strain self until the strength has come back. Best to be out of doors though not too much in the sun.
