Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. ..., Ky.

1. LBC: You have before you Mrs. [538], who is about a mile and a quarter east of ..., Ky., on the ... Road, in her home, on the south side of the road.

2. EC: Yes; we have her here. We have had her before.

3. LBC: I want you to go over her carefully, examine her thoroughly, and tell us what is her condition now.

4. EC: Good deal of difference in the condition in the body now and what we had before. We have some parts better and others not so well. We have some inflammation in the throat and larynx more than we had before. We have less of the congestion in the lung, though we still have some. The eliminating power of the liver is not as good. The blood is weaker - thinner - from the lack of hemoglobin in it. The troubles as we have through the pelvis, of course, are aggravated at present from the condition we find in the parts themselves here in the pelvis.

5. (Q) Any organic trouble in the pelvis? (A) We have organic troubles through the pelvis function through that of the liver. The congestion is lower than we had before here in the lungs. A good deal of inflammation in the larynx and throat; good deal of soreness in the left side of the throat, produced by this condition we have in the lungs and liver.

6. (Q) Has the treatment she has been getting reached the case properly? (A) We have not stirred up the liver here enough to produce the proper secretions to eliminate and carry out the particles through the dross as we should have through the intestinal tract, or through the dross proper. We have along the spine the manipulation, and relaxation has relieved the muscular forces and conditions through the lungs and the cells themselves, or to that of the cover of the lungs themselves, or the pleura.

The condition, of course, has become aggravated here through that of taking on of this cold; congestion in the throat and head - aggravated condition, of course, of the catarrhal condition that existed as we had before in the head is not as bad as it was before, though it is worse in the throat

itself, or the larynx, from the condition of the stomach. And of the aggravated condition of the throat and larynx, we have not removed the trouble from that.

7. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions and bring the body back to a normal condition? (A) Change of scenes and climation [climate?], electrical forces as applied along the spine by that of static forces itself, direct, [violet ray hand machine?] over the whole body, or by those of electrical forces through a low state of electricity to produce a full capillary circulation; or by taking into the system that which will aid the circulation through the lungs and larynx here, of the consistency of heroin, pepsin, vasicine [?], thermal [?], 1/8, 1 minim, 2 minims, 1/8 drachm, capsule form, tablets or powder, and intestinal tract that of a nature that will form or act to that of the liver itself, or as we find through that of forces produced by small quantities of salt taken into the system with that of soda phosphate. Cold baths, rubbing of the spine to produce a full and warm glow. Plenty of exercise, open air; sleep in as much air as possible.

8. (Q) Any other treatment for the present? (A) No; this will help it, and the body will get better from the conditions we have at present.
