1. LBC: You have before you Mrs. [538], who is about a mile and a quarter east of ... on the ... Road, on the south side.

2. EC: Yes; we have her here. We have had her before.

3. LBC: I want you to go over her carefully, examine her thoroughly, and tell us what her condition is now.

4. EC: We haven't much change in the body now from what we had before, you see. Some better through the condition here of the throat; not quite so much inflammation. We have more, though, of the inflammation through the intestinal tract; that is, below the stomach. We have disturbance, of course, through the stomach still. Some congestion through the lung. A great deal in the bronchials and head, and in the nasal ducts. Good deal of soreness in the throat and across the diaphragm from the coughing, or expulsion of the air from the lungs by the coughing. Good deal of a cough produced by the lack of the blood to remove these particles from the body through the proper channels. Impoverishment of the blood; lowness of its red blood, or hemi-globin [hemoglobin], produces easy to take cold, or to the temperature from the outside.

5. (Q) What condition is the liver now? (A) Torpid.

6. (Q) How are the kidneys? (A) The action from these, of course, is of a frequent nature; not so much so as we have had at times before. The inflammation through the pelvis, of course, is from the condition we have the body in at present, the same as we had before. The tautness of the muscular forces in the pelvis is produced from these lesions along the limb here, on the left side.

7. (Q) The lower limb? (A) Down below the knee here, you see. Along the muscular force along the conjunction with the larger bond [bone?] itself, above the knee. The fracture or hurt was below, you see. We have impacts through the intestines, or colon. Gathering of fecial [fecal] matter from lack of secretions being thrown out to eliminate properly through the channels. We

need change of climation [climate] or air itself, a change or rest to the mind and body. Action of both off of things as they have now to raise the power of suggestion or action of the sensory organism to the rest of the system through the nerve forces of the body. And take into the system those of parts which will act and a help to eliminate through the proper channels. Forces as we had of manipulation [by James E. Oldham, D.O.?] have not removed all the forces to their proper order and to a normal organism of the body itself. Then the congestion in the colon as we have in the body has produced a disturbance through the bronchials with the condition we had in the lungs, and produced an aggravation to the lungs themselves. The condition is left in the stomach, intestines, liver and kidneys through the action of the hepatic circulation in the body by carrying the blood back and forth, and this not being able to eliminate the condition, and the impoverishment of the blood itself, leaves the condition we have, taking up the fats to use in building of the body instead of restoring to a normal condition.

8. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions and bring the body back to a normal condition? (A) Climation to the body, or removal from the scenes as we have; of new scenes, and take into the system as we should have had before, as we have not had; those in the form of the - that is, to the bronchials here, and the lung forces, and the condition we have through the pleura.

9. (Q) What was that? We didn't get it. Was it heroin? (A) Take into the system either those of heroin, pepsin and ascena (?) here, reduced in the state of form here to be taken into the system, or those we would have through those here of this: Terebene [Oil of Turpentine?], 2 minims; eucalyptol, 1 minim; one minim creosote, 1/16 grain heroin to each capsule or tablet, taken into the system from one to four times a day, to remove this condition through the bronchials and throat itself. Into the system for that of the condition of the intestine and stomach and kidneys, of salt or salines in small quantities, calcium chloride, with those of phosphates of soda, or as we would have in the form of salicalica [Sal Hepatica?] here, with the electrical force of low form along the spine, or the direct from the static forces [violet ray hand machine?], or the baths of electrical force, to produce a stronger capillary circulation and bring about the rejuvenation of the blood in itself.

10. (Q) Any other treatment?

(A) This is what you need to do now to help the body.
