1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same. You will answer any questions regarding this body that I will ask you.
2. EC: Now, we find the general conditions, physical, in this body are improved from those as we had here before. There has been advantage taken of the conditions [tipped stomach jarred into position by accident, etc.] as given, in many ways. There is yet others that should be adhered to more. The condition in the lower portion of lumbar and sacral region has not been corrected yet in the full manner as necessary to hold or stimulate the organs of the pelvis in their proper manner, with the change [menopause] as is coming to the system at present, and that also to keep kidneys in their proper position and place. Also there should be taken the stimulation to strengthen the muscles of the lower portion of the stomach, that would hold this nearer in place. While not misplaced at present, yet the tendency is to lag, and the intestinal tract should be kept more open, so that eliminations may be more in accord and the assimilations then may act without this resistance to work against in the body.
3. Do those. Carry those out in the way and manner as has been given, watching the diet, keeping the intestinal tract open, keep portions of the body strengthened, some exercises, hands above the head, bending toward the floor, will be well for the body, if kept nominally, persistently and in the correct manner. Keep pulled up, as it were, exercising this portion of the body regularly, and we will find this will assist the body.
4. Let the diet consist of those properties that are easily digested in the system. More of those with the active principle to the alimentary canal. Fruits, vegetables, figs, things of this character. Stimulants once and a while effective, of those properties in malt liquors, or malts would be good for this body.
5. (Q) Should the body continue the osteopathic treatments?

(A) Continue, until these corrections are made and the muscular tissue [of abdomen] is strengthened properly. Be well if vibrations of the electrones, or of the rays be given the body, as were outlined for it.
6. (Q) Would the violet ray be correct to use? (A) Rather that of the direct ray of the heat than of the violet ray. The vibrations are set. The condition necessary is to cause the equalized circulations to prevent these hot and cold sensations as come to the body from unequalized circulation. Unequalized circulation is produced by the imperfect assimilation and elimination. When we start one to acting, the assimilation, the body is warm, hot, depressed. We start eliminations, it's cold. We are not equalized in it, Cabinet heat, or Alpine rays.
7. (Q) What is the condition in the right side of the face, that was hurt? (A) This is very good. Most of the condition as we have now is only reflex and of retractory conditions. These are becoming near normal. With the addition of the heat to portions of the body, this would help, or occasionally we may use those same applications as we have given, to strengthen.
8. (Q) Will the numbness entirely disappear? (A) Will entirely disappear. Give it time until we get the nerve system set. This is more nervous condition now than local condition, and locally affected.
9. (Q) Are the osteopathic treatments being given as was suggested in the right manner? (A) These are very good [by Dr. Lyman A. Lydic, D.O., associate of Dr. Wm. A. Gravett, D.O.]. We need to be deeper with those in the sacral and lower lumbar, to produce the correct conditions through that part of the body and equalize the distributions of nerve tension and circulation through kidneys and hepatic circulation.
10. (Q) What is the condition of the kidneys? (A) These are very good in their individual functioning. Overstrained at times and not active as sufficient as they should be. In place though at present. See, the inflammation as is produced in the pelvis region and in the lower portion of the hepatic circulation, this being overtaxed, produces strain or bearing down, a dull, achey, feeling to the body at times. Hence this condition to be deeper in the correcting in lumbar and sacral.
11. (Q) What causes the inflammation? [vaginitis] (A) Produced by the action of change in conditions in body in eliminations. Hence the need of changing the eliminations through the whole system, for now we are
538-11 Page 3
depending on the other eliminating centers to carry off drosses in system. Hence the nervous tension and strain on body and the corrections as needed for this body, since all eliminations through alimentary canal have always, or most of the time, remained inactive in proper form.
12. (Q) That is all of the questions. (A) Follow these out as we have given, and we will find the general condition, the general health of this body will be in much better condition than it has been, for other conditions are being set properly in system. Control mental forces, so that we do not have resistances through the retraction of the sympathetic nerve system. Let not those things that would overcome and cause destructive forces in blood supply, when the system is attempting to become equalized, become destructive forces in the body.
13. We are through for the present.
