1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [538], of ..., Virginia, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lessons to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [538]. This we have had before. The dreams as we see that come to the body from time to time are the development of those latent forces as have been given for the entity in the present earth's plane, and may be used to better understand the manifestation of those psychic forces as are manifest in the phenomenized form and in dream are presented in an emblematical manner that will give the lessons to the entity. For these are as experiences to the latent forces, which give the urge to the mental abilities of entity to correlate these conditions in such a manner as to better understand phenomenized force. Ready for dream.

4. (Q) Sunday night, October 18, or Monday morning the 19. "Dreamed was in a large crowd and saw them fixing to bury a woman alive. Could not bear the idea and told them I would help her, as they seemed to be burying her became she was sick and no one to care for her and then didn't want to be bothered with her. I succeeded in persuading them not to do this, that I would care for her, and tried to get some of the others to help. Then dreamed (don't know whether this was a part of this, but) was running up a road with another lady and a gentleman, who seemed to be perfect in every way. We could not always keep up, but by holding on to this gentleman would become rested and then could run alone. We all had on bathing suits and finally came to the end of the road, where there was a large pool of water, which seemed clear with many little shells and rocks and lots of people in bathing."

(A) In this, though, this is not all the dream, you see. We find that emblematical condition again being presented to the entity of that work in which entity is engaged, and the help and assistance that the entity renders to the individual who seems weak and sick and about to be buried alive. This shows how truth by multitudes may be submerged and brought, as it were, to naught, only to rise again and come forth in another individual, or manner, who would assist to bring same, as it were, to light. In the help that is given, there is seen and felt the satisfaction, as of a service rendered to one higher than self, and in so doing brings grace and peace to the real self. As is seen in the runner, and that one that runs, as it were, on the other side, the perfect man representing, then, that force, that manner, that way, through which the entity may gain strength, help and assistance, if the entity would, with assistant or companion, catch on, as it were, to the truths as being presented by the runner, by the one whom the entity would hold on to and gain strength to go alone. Coming to the end and the pool we find representing again the sea, or the water, as the mother of all living organisms, see? Shells, peoples, again representing great truths that have been gathered and are now, through the association with the perfect one, made understandable to the entity in such a manner that the fame, fortune and good name, among many peoples, becomes (as is seen in rest of dream) that again of satisfaction in mental, in moral, in spiritual, in financial success and understandings. Then, each of these should be taken, understood, and making self in that manner wherein the greater understanding of truths, as are being presented from day to day, may be given to others in such a manner as will bring strength, peace and understanding, see? for through the giving of self in service comes the peace that passeth all understanding.

5. We are through for the present.

18. "Dreamed was visiting a large city. Was in a large hotel; something of a lecture course, or Chautauqua, was going on in the city. Was there visiting with my entire family and [288]. My husband and I started out to see and make the plans for the day, leaving the others at hotel. No taxis or automobiles were in sight. The only way to get about was in little wagons with long seats, driven by colored men. We started to an auditorium to a lecture, or something of the kind. Wanted to go by ourselves, but when we started it seemed [288] got in the wagon ahead of us and

we returned to hotel without going. Don't remember the rest of dream." (A) In this we find the emblematical conditions of the presentation of that work in which the entity is laboring at the present time. The city, the family, the lecture, the Chautauqua lecture, representing then that soon someone will visit the family, including [288], who would be interested in the phenomena and the lecture, or the conversation regarding same. The inability to get about by any means save that of little wagons, driven by colored people, represents that the individual will appear to the entity as someone of little abilities; yet, as is seen, this presents the greater truths of which the entity may gain much. Seeing [288] enter first meaning, by the returning, that the entity might, through own indiscretion, or by holding grudges against individuals, bring that detrimental force to self, by not being able through such to grasp the great truths that are being manifested before the entity. For as is seen in the latter part of this, the distrust that is brought to the members of family, through the inability to bring compatibility in and among same, shows that which might come to self unless, as has been given, WILL should be used to apply mental forces to feed the subconscious, that the entity may gain the greater knowledge, see?
