Time of Reading 3:25 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [538]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions are very much improved. The causes for the general disturbance have been allayed.
3. There needs be only those precautions in the diet, in the beginning, and the addition of those things that may make for the "tuning up," as it were, or making for the activity of the lacteal ducts, the salivary glands, and the glands along the upper portion through the thorax and the upper part of the stomach itself, to aid in producing the lacteals necessary to prevent disturbing factors through the digestive forces of the body.
4. Any strengthening foods are the more helpful; as egg with a little toast, beef juice, egg and milk with a little spirits frumenti to make for the toning up. Any of these may be taken.
5. After solid foods are taken, however, for the next three to four to five meals, it would be well that immediately after each meal there be given half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth with ten drops Elixir of Pepsin in same - Lactated Pepsin; stirred in about a quarter glass of water.
6. Do this; and be very mindful of not getting overheated or overexercised. And we will find conditions will be improved.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) How long before solid foods should be taken? (A) Can begin at once if the Bismuth and Pepsin are taken afterwards; that is, the semi-solid foods, to be sure.
9. (Q) How often should the beef juice be taken, and how much at a time? (A) Just as the appetite calls for same.
10. (Q) Should any laxative such as Castoria be continued? (A) Not until after beginning with the foods, and this may be begun again; but rather as a laxative, not as absorbed,

which would be a tablespoonful - or two teaspoonsful - at a dose, about twice a day.
11. (Q) What solid foods would be best for the body? (A) As indicated, egg and toast and the like. A little crisp bacon or something like that with same. Milk may be taken, as indicated; but best that it be taken with egg and spirits frumenti.
12. (Q) Are there any astrological influences that now should be warned about? (A) The astrological conditions are passing; will pass entirely at ten fifty-eight (10:58) this evening. [See astrological and birth data under her Life Rdg. 538-5.]
13. That is all the questions.
