Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [538]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while there are many conditions that are very good, there are disturbing conditions that should be reckoned with; else their continual strain and drain upon the system by the mere activity or pressure even upon the nervous system will produce very disturbing conditions and those that would be something to reckon with, should there become an infection in any way from the conditions where acidity is in the system, as well as the tendency for this to produce abrasions or itchings in portions of the body, that - by the very activities about same - at times cause the breaking of the cuticle.

3. Thus there is a natural irritation from the emitting or oozing from same that is very susceptible to infection, to be sure.

4. In making the corrections then, first - as we find:

5. It would be well to have the deep manipulations about twice a week through the lumbar, the sacral; as well as coordinating the upper portions of the cerebrospinal system for the activity through the assimilating forces of the body, as to produce a better condition.

6. About six to eight to ten such treatments should be sufficient; whether they are taken every day or every other day. Every other day would be preferable, or about twice a week, or twice one week and once the next week would be better.

7. We find it would be well also that there be taken each day at least an ounce to two ounces of lemon juice, or a lemon or a half a lemon each day. This may be taken as lemonade, or half taken in that manner and the other half taken only with salt. This will tend to create in the digestive forces less of the acidity.

8. Where there are the disturbing forces through the vagina, use the Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic; tablespoonful to a

quart of water for the douche.

9. Where there are the abrasions close to the end of the spine, we would bathe same first with an antiseptic as the Glyco-Thymoline; half water and half Glyco; and then apply the Cuticura Ointment. Or bathe the affected portions, or bathe the whole of the body with the Cuticura Soap (that is, soap and water - not merely soap) and then use the antiseptic. This would be most beneficial.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) When the intense itching comes spasmodically, what will relieve same? (A) The Ointment! Cuticura Ointment!

12. (Q) What is the little growth [See 538-29 on 9/24/30 in which she was warned of growths, etc., unless eliminations were kept] just at the edge of the vagina, very small? (A) Those inclinations from the irritations as produced in the upper portion of the vagina.

13. (Q) What causes the itching in the rectum? (A) The acidity!

14. (Q) Should Tim be used there? (A) This is helpful, but use that only rather farther injected, see?

15. (Q) Should the violet ray be used now? (A) Should not be used at the present. Wait until after the manipulations and adjustments, and the system has purified itself by the use of those things indicated first. Do these and as we find the better conditions may be expected and should come from the usage of these conditions.

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
