Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [538].
2. Conditions as we find are not so good. While those disturbances in the present are rather of the acute nature, there are general reactions that are not so well also.
3. These in the acute conditions arise from a general reaction from an upset nervous system, combined with those disturbances through the lack of proper eliminations.
4. We would in the present, as soon as practical, give a teaspoonful - in half a glass of water - of this combination; adding the ingredients in the order named [GD's note: As early as 6/25/24 in 538-8 she was told she had a "neurotic" stomach.]: Lime Water...........................1/2 ounce, Cinnamon Water.......................1/2 ounce, 10% Solution Iodide of Potassium.......5 minims, 10% Solution Bromide of Potassium......5 minims.
5. This as we find will react with the gastric flow of the stomach and intestines.
6. And then in the evening take a little potato soup, with whole wheat cracker, and coffee.
7. On the morrow, early, take a heaping teaspoonful of the salts as found in Sal Hepatica, as an eliminant for the system. This is an alkalizer as well as a salts that will work well with the eliminations.
8. Following this, or about noon on the morrow, take two or three drops of Glyco-Thymoline internally.
9. Have a thorough massage.
10. Keep off of the feet, and make for rather the liquid and semi-liquid diet throughout the day.
11. For the conditions in the head and face - these need the massage through the shoulders, neck and head, and upon the end of the spine.
12. Then for the general conditions, these as we find should

be kept - with keeping the system very well alkalized; using as an eliminant - after these - a few drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin in a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth stirred in a full glass of water, followed in a couple of hours with a teaspoonful of Milk of Magnesia.
13. These as we find will aid in keeping better conditions for this body.
