Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, as we find conditions are gradually changing; some for improvements, some apparently more aggravating at times.

2. But we should keep the body nearer to the normal reactions by the adhering to the general suggestions as to diets, occasionally, for the elimination of poisons and the proper corrections through the upper cervical and upper dorsal, and the facial muscles for the nerves of the right side of face.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Is once a week sufficient for the manipulations, and should these be given regularly? (A) Once a week should be sufficient. We would take five to six, and then rest three to four weeks, and then take again; this depending somewhat, of course, on the GENERAL reactions also; but these should be sufficient if consistently kept.

5. (Q) Is the buttermilk and bananas a good eliminating diet? (A) The buttermilk and banana diet is very good, but we would keep up the fruit salts - the Eno Salts - as an eliminant. The buttermilk and banana diet is rather as a balancing than as an eliminant; for it produces the absorption of certain toxic forces, and the adjustment of other conditions through the system.

6. (Q) How would you suggest that the Eno Salts be taken; in what periods? (A) About half a teaspoonful to a teaspoonful each morning for a week to ten days, taken consistently; then leave off five days, then take again, see?

7. (Q) Should I use the Wet Cell Appliance again? (A) We would leave this off, until there are other changes brought about in the system, or until the colder weather comes on.

8. (Q) Is there any chance of restoring any part of the vision of the right eye?

(A) Do all that may be possible. This will depend upon many general conditions, you see.

9. We are through with this Reading.
