Time of Reading ... Ave., 12:00 to 12:05 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [540]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions now indicate more and more that of conception, and there is the necessity that there be those precautions or general cares that there may be the NOMINAL, NORMAL developments for the body and for those influences that may make for the better activities throughout.
3. Keep a well-balance between the diets for sufficient calcium and lime; as in watermelon, squash, butterbeans, onions. Things of that nature carry these in such quantities that they may be easily assimilated. So let the foods that are prepared occasionally have more and more of these. Limes, especially limeades would be well to be taken.
4. Keep the body cool. Keep the body active, but do not have too great a strain.
5. Keep those conditions for the kidneys as indicated through the watermelon taken occasionally, or rather often - three to four times a week; for this keeps sufficient of the properties that will act with the kidneys, keeping them cleansed.
6. Coca-Cola taken occasionally will be helpful, but limes, limeades and watermelon, these add principally.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What should I take for constipation? (A) This should be mostly governed by the diets and the diets' changing. When taking those that are as eliminants, let them be more of the vegetable nature than mineral. Oils, and occasionally Milk of Magnesia, as alternated with Fletcher's Castoria.
9. (Q) Are the liver pills I have been taking alright? (A) They are most too strenuous, and do not make for a proper coordination between the upper and lower hepatic circulation.
10. (Q) Is there any way I can avoid sick stomach? (A) Remain quiet of mornings, this will make for a little

better reaction. And keep limes and limewater - that is, limeades AND limewater - handy.
11. (Q) Is it harmful to go in bathing occasionally? (A) It's rather beneficial than harmful; especially in salt water.
12. (Q) Is it harmful to wear some sort of girdle? (A) Provided it is not so confining as to the movements of the body as to give the wrong pressure upon the abdominal muscles. A support is preferable.
13. (Q) How long has this condition been existent? (A) Twenty-nine and three-quarter days.
14. (Q) Is there any special make of girdle or support you would suggest? (A) One that may be made by self is the most preferable, but any of those that are an abdominal support of this kind - that is, for such PURPOSES. As we find, the Moore make is the better, or Johnson & Johnson.
15. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep the proper MENTAL attitudes, with the proper physical development, and we will find a great deal may be accomplished in keeping cheerful, and in keeping those conditions about self in the developments that may be most helpful.
