Time of Reading ... Ave., 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [540].

3. At times we find the body-response very well to the manipulations and administrations which have been suggested; and then, with anxieties and overtaxation, the lack of proper precautions, we soon find it back as it were in the same condition or different in the reaction of the pain or of those conditions that become disturbed.

4. As we find, we would keep the general manipulations osteopathically, making specific corrections as have been indicated in especially the coccyx area, RAISING this to a near normal position; relaxing those areas in the dorsals where there is the tautness in portions of the body.

5. And with the precautions as to the diets and activities, we should bring much bettered conditions.

6. About three times each week we would use the Jerusalem artichoke in the diet; once raw and twice cooked. When cooked or steamed, let it be not too done nor too raw, but just about the consistency as would be for boiled or steamed potatoes to be mashed, see? eaten much in the same way and manner. This will add to the system the insulin in such measures as to clear much of those conditions which exist in the kidneys, as well as in the whole of the hepatic circulation.

7. Do these, as we find, for the better conditions in the present.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) When speaking of developments through activity of the glandular system, do you refer to the menopause? (A) To the menopause - as it relates to the whole general system.

10. (Q) Am I approaching the menopause? (A) If it wasn't, there wouldn't be the disturbance!

11. (Q) Would you advise continuing with the ovarian hormone injections suggested by Dr. Hudgins? (A) Either these or those properties as we have indicated would be well to be taken at times in such conditions. The injections, of course, are more SEVERE - but these will work well with the disturbance. Tonicine, though, would be very well here, for it has those principles in same that act with the REST of the glandular system, and making for those tendencies for CLEARING especially through those organisms as related to the activity of the menses.

12. (Q) What should be the dosage? (A) This is indicated upon the bottle.

13. (Q) Please give cause and treatment for tightness in muscles of left side of back, around stomach area? (A) This is a general reaction - and we have indicated how it should be removed.

14. (Q) What is main cause of constant pain in back? (A) The lack of the eliminating of those forces from the hepatic circulation, as we have indicated. The properties from the artichoke will be MOST helpful.

15. (Q) What causes constant pain around rectum and stomach? (A) The conditions in the coccyx.

16. (Q) Why the chills before monthly periods? (A) This is a general reaction, as much mental as anything else.

17. (Q) Are the ovaries in good condition? (A) With the general disturbances these naturally are affected, but not organically - only functionally.

18. (Q) The swelling in legs and ankles? (A) Poor circulation; needing the correcting about the rectal and coccyx area, and the lumbar centers. Do these things as we have indicated.
