1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. Changes have come about in the general physical conditions since last we had same here.
3. As we find, in a GENERAL manner the operative forces have been and the healing is going on very well.
4. There needs to be precautions that there is not an overtaxation by producing in the activity too great an irritation over those portions where the measures were resorted to or needed; nor the use of the muscular forces as to cause such a strain as to irritate any portions of the muscles of the back and the lower portion of the abdomen, - that is, across the back.
5. These as we find, with the general precautions that have been indicated by the one ministering to the body, would be very well.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Then there is no infection from the incision? (A) As we find, conditions are progressing very satisfactorily save as to any overtaxing - which has been the warning.
8. (Q) Should Atomidine be continued? (A) This is very well to take occasionally, for two to three days once a month.
9. (Q) What will relieve dizziness in head? (A) More of this is from the mental and taxation than from other sources. If there is not so much taxation, this will not occur. This is the attempt of the system to keep an equal balance through the circulatory forces.
10. (Q) What about scanty menstruation? Is this natural? (A) This is natural at this particular period. After there has been a little more healing, there should be a better stimulation through the areas from the lumbar axis to at least the upper portion of the dorsal centers, -

osteopathically.
11. (Q) What may relieve suffering from menstruation, the last few months? (A) Hot packs of heavy salt.
12. (Q) What may be done to relieve constipation? (A) Use Oils, such as Russian White Oil, Usoline, Nujol or any of these, and this taken of morning, you see, or evening preferably, if this is the better desired by the body; but on the opposite period of the day - whether morning or evening - take Agar as a stimulant for better peristaltic movement.
13. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep closer to the constructive thinking in the manner as has been oft indicated for the body, and the abilities in those directions for the equalizing of the influences of the mental and the material as well as the spiritual forces through the body.
