1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [543]; this we have had before.
2. There are many changes in the general physical forces of this body. Many things, many conditions have been given respecting this body. Some have found lodgement and have aided much at times when there was from outward appearance little to be seen of that activity going on in the actions of those things that have caused and do cause the distresses with this body.
3. If it were in keeping with those things that are outwardly seen, much might be accomplished here - as has been given - in ridding this body of those destructive forces that prevent the better physical activity in the body.
4. In the present these conditions we find:

There are periods when the eliminations are kept near normal, and when the associations of activities in the imaginative forces of the body are kept not so much subjugated but active in constructive forces, when those reactions to the system in the form of the spasmodic conditions or contraction of the nerve and muscular forces as related to the body are very much improved. Then we have periods when the contributory cause of suppression of eliminations in all the influences of the body, the digestive area or alimentary canal, through the genitive system, through the activities of the body in its associations, apparently makes for distresses or attacks that are very severe; yet the general effect of these upon the brain forces and its responses is much better than in periods during the past. And these reactions are not as severe. While there are the attacks themselves, the reactions to destructive forces in the body are not as severe as they have been in some periods in the past.
6. As we find, there are many factors that may enter into

the betterment of these conditions.
7. It is necessary at times for the taking of those properties that subjugate or prevent those actions that call for the contraction of the muscular forces, or to take the properties in the narcotics; yet the body should continue to hold that mental attitude towards self that there are periods when these will not be necessary - and abstain from keeping the condition up.
8. It is necessary that there be care and attention to the alimentary canal. The taking of the salts is very good. As we find, rather than taking so much of the Epsom Salts, we would change to the Crazy Crystals (as called); for these are a combination of minerals that are not as severe nor as effective in thinning the blood and in causing a depletion in the body-supply from the assimilated forces. These may be taken in the regular manner or way that has been set for keeping the eliminations.
9. We would find it would be well also that there should be the high enemas taken occasionally; once a month or such matter a high enema will be MOST helpful to the body in maintaining a better equal balance through the alimentary canal.

Also we would still maintain those periods of meditation and prayer, and look to the awakening of those influences within self that make for the awareness within the inner self of the abilities in the Creative Energies to so construct, so be active in the system as to overcome these conditions that disturb the body in the form of repressions through the influences of forces from without self, by associations of conditions that we have spoken of.
11. We would find also that the Mayblossom Bitters kept regularly will be most beneficial to the body. However, if there is the desire that there be the attempt on the part of others to try out other programs, DO NOT COMBINE them with those things suggested here - but conform to those outlines that are maintained by the distributors of such properties, until there is a fair trial given in same, see?
12. These, as we find, would be the better conditions at the present for this body, though the SPIRITUAL - through ALL - may be and should be maintained by the body.

14. (Q) Is a tonic needed to build up the body? (A) The construction on this should be from two angles. If the Renesol treatment is to be taken, not necessary for the tonic. If there is to be the change in the form of the eliminants and the use of the tonic in the Mayblossom Bitters, this will be sufficient tonic.

15. (Q) Is the Renesol treatment, literature concerning which I hold in my hand, good for this body? (A) It will not be, as we find,other than a temporary; but will not be harmful to that as we find may be the better condition for the body.
16. (Q) Please outline a general diet for the body. (A) As indicated oft for the body, there should be the more alkalin foods and those that tend to make for less exciting of the activities through the repressions, or through the activities in excitements to the body. Hence: Mornings - a citrus fruit juice diet, with browned whole wheat bread, and at times this may be changed to either stewed fruits or fresh fruits, but do not mix these together, see? Noons - principally green vegetables, and those RAW. See? Such as lettuce, carrots, celery, peppers, tomatoes and such; with preferably an oil dressing. Evenings - the regular vegetables, but those above the ground; though those of the tuberous or bulbous nature, as beans, lima beans and the like, may be taken. Not too great a quantity of any of those that grow UNDER the ground; though radishes carrots and the like that do grow under the ground may be taken GREEN, as they are entirely different when eaten raw; but such as Irish potatoes or sweet potatoes, as we find, would not be well. As to meats, fowl or lamb would be preferable to any other character of meats. We would find also it would be well that the body have its regular rest periods, but should rise early of mornings - or as soon as well awake. Take the exercise THEN in the open, by walking - but always be well guarded against any reaction from the spasmodic contractions that occur at times. After the noon meal, or in the middle of the afternoon, well to rest for an hour, see? This would be well for the body. The activities should be as near normal as possible in the reading, in the studies, in the activities about DOING certain things; or have a program for self - certain periods for activity, certain periods for rest or for activities about the room, about the house. Have a regular period for activities on the grounds or in games or in activities outside; for the visiting or for receiving visitors. Have activities with the hands and with the body as in the

regular routine. These would be well.
17. (Q) Is sorghum molasses good for me? (A) Not good for the body. If sweets are taken, take honey and the honeycomb.
18. (Q) What is cause and remedy for throat muscles not functioning properly after slight spells? (A) These come directly from the use of the properties as we have given are necessary at times for the body, but if there will be the activities and properties as outlined followed, we find these will disappear.
19. (Q) Should I take small quantities of olive oil for eliminations? (A) Olive oil is an intestinal food. Taken in small quantities it is very good. Not until the body may belch same, but small quantities taken often for regular periods would be better.
20. (Q) What quantities at a time? (A) Quarter of a teaspoonful, or half a teaspoonful taken two to three times a day, is not too much. Much might be given about this body, but if we will follow these directions - as we find - these would be the better.
