Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had here before.

2. In some respects conditions show much the same way and manner as indicated; others show some improvements, others show tendencies for the whole system to rely upon SUBSIDING the nerve reactions that should be builded for coordination in the system - these are not so good.

3. As we would find in the present, and with taking the Luminal and the hypnotics and narcotics that apparently become necessary for the body, it would be better NOT to use the Bitters along WITH same; for these work in opposition one to the other.

4. We would continue with the use of those things that aid in the eliminations; such as the oil packs OVER the caecum and the lower portion of the liver area - or from the edge of the ribs on the right side, you see, over a portion of the stomach, down to the hip bone and across a small portion of the lower portion of the abdomen. These will be helpful, if they will be taken consistently - no matter what the medications may be that are taken internally; for these will tend to relieve those pressures and those strains upon the whole nervous system - that are caused by drying of tissue by the administering of narcotics that CAUSE the deadening of the activity of those forces in the system.

5. We would continue with the yeast, for this produces a character of activity in the gastric flow of the stomach and intestinal system that aids towards eliminations.

6. Occasionally it would be well to take an emit that works with the gastric flow, whether the salts - as Crazy Crystal Salts, or the effervescent salts, or the bicarbonates of soda. Any of these will work with the gastric flow of the system. Keep these. (Citrocarbonates)

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Are the castor oil packs given correctly, in correct place? (A) Not always given correctly. Give as indicated; the

right side of the body, from the lower portion of the rib area to the lower portion of the caecum and the ileum plexus area; this extends to the lower portion of the abdomen and over the right side, you see, particularly.

9. (Q) Are the properties in Phenobarbital the same as in Luminal? (A) Not exactly the same; but preferably use Luminal instead of the Phenobarbital.

10. (Q) What amount in grains should I now take of Luminal? (A) This, to be sure, depends upon the reactions in the system. No more than necessary to keep the proper activities as related to the turns.

11. (Q) Should I decrease my Luminal? (A) Decrease as fast as it is possible to do.

12. (Q) Does the body eat the proper foods? If not, what changes? (A) These are very good in the present. Do not eat too much starches or sweets; though these are necessary in certain quantities or characters for the better activity of the system. The sweets may be principally in the honey, preferably with the honeycomb. The starches should be preferably from vegetables and the activities that may be had with a COMBINATION of pastries (this is not with too much sweetening in same, but sweetened with honey - as indicated). And the brown bread, or rye bread. These are the preferable ways for these.

13. (Q) Is there any dope in Bromo Seltzer? (A) Very mild. Only that rather as a sedative than a dope.

14. (Q) Are there any teeth giving this body any trouble? (A) There are some teeth that need local attention. These arise from the changing of the salts in the body, and show some crumbling that has caused some of the irritation that makes for a nervous reaction. Unless these are attended to they will give trouble.

15. (Q) Is the body responding as it should? If not, what suggestions? (A) We would follow these for the present, until there can be the proper reactions from the oil and the eliminations through the system. Then we may suggest those changes necessary.
