Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [543]; this we have had before.

2. While there are little of the undertakings of those things that have been suggested, in some ways and manners the body is at least holding its own in those abilities for the eradication of those disturbances.

3. Yet if there is that balance made in those activities along the lines as has been indicated, through the closer associations with those tenets or activities as indicated that would be the better, these we find offer the greater opportunity for keeping, maintaining the balance and furnishing or supplying the means through which the emotional forces of the body itself may be carried on for the greater constructive forces.

4. While there are still the needs for the prevention of those reactions or recurrences of the disturbing forces, these as we find aided through those operative forces that have been indicated, and which have been carried out in the main in the manner as has been indicated, unless there is kept the balance and the means and the channels for this overflow of energies into the body itself, these will become more detrimental in the mental reactions to the emotional forces of the body itself.

5. Those then as have been given we would follow.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) What causes pain under shoulder blades and in lower portion of the spine such a great deal of the time? (A) The attempts of the body to adjust itself to the new environs, through the lack of functioning or coordinating of the emotional forces with the activity of the reproductive forces and the emotional forces in the system as make for the separation of same or the activity of same with the general influence and bears upon the nerves in these particular portions or areas as is indicated.

Hence as has been given through those studies, through those applications of self in those directions as has been outlined or indicated, would furnish - as we find, with the general massage at the time that these are being administered; that is, the suggestions - and supply the greater influence for the helpfulness.

8. (Q) The operations that were done last fall in Cleveland, Ohio, will they be of lasting benefit? or were they as indicated in my first reading? [543-1] (A) As just given.

9. (Q) Will they be of lasting benefit? (A) If, as indicated, there is the supplying to the coordinating forces of the activities of the glandular forces in the system that are affected by the severing of the connecting forces in the bodily functions itself, and the outlet of these emotions in the activities of the body- physical.

10. (Q) How long a time before this body will be entirely well, normal? (A) That depends upon just how long or how soon there can be brought about this more perfect coordination.

11. (Q) Is the body eating the proper foods? (A) The diets are very good. There needs to be better assimilation and less and less of those that subjugate through the activities of the sedative or hypnotic in the system.

12. (Q) Will it be advisable to eat raw apples? (A) These are not so well, as has been indicated. Though there may be taken a little, these should be well masticated. Preferably those that are roasted or baked.

13. (Q) Would it injure this body to smoke, in moderation, or to drink beer or any alcoholic drinks? (A) These would only be a means of expression and so long as it is in keeping with these, very good. Wine or beer either would be preferable, and beneficial in moderation - as would the activities of smoke upon the nervous system. Excesses would make for destructive forces or energies turned in directions that would need or require other outlets.

14. (Q) Is there any other information advisable at this time? (A) We would follow that as has been given respecting especially those around or about the body.

15. (Q) Would it be advisable for the body to take piano music again this winter? (A) This would supply an outlet for the emotions and would be well.
