Time of Reading 4:15 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Body and enquiring mind, in regard to his health and his mental and material affairs. You will give that which will be most helpful to this body at this time, answering the questions that may be asked concerning same.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [554]; this we have had before.

2. In the physical forces we find considerable improvement in the general physical conditions. There are at times the recurrent conditions in the rash and the conditions where there have been warnings concerning the eliminations. But these things should be followed in a consistent manner; that is, when there are the better reactions in the body do not desist but have sufficient of ALL the stimulations or ministrations that have been given for the eradication of the conditions.

3. Do not become unmindful of those things in the physical, the mental, or in the diets of the body - that would bring a return of the distressing conditions for the body.

4. Should there recur any of those things concerning which the body has been warned, then that as given may be used for corrections.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Should I continue with Caroid and Al-Caroid? (A) When the occasion demands same. When there occurs, from the taxations of the system, such a condition of gas or fullness in the digestive system for the body to become uncomfortable, then use the Al-Caroid; and the next day, or that evening, use the Caroid for the elimination and the awakening of the activities in a nominal manner of the gastric forces through the activity of the liver. These will be found to be helpful, as indicated.

7. (Q) Are any osteopathic adjustments still advisable? (A) These conditions are all in alignment in the present. Should there come, from indiscretions, the aches in the extremities or the like, these will be found to be helpful -

if one or two are administered for the correcting of the conditions, and the coordination of the eliminatings throughout the system.

8. (Q) Regarding the material affairs, have I contacted the right man at Lord & Taylor's as suggested in last reading? (A) The circumstances that have arisen recently in this association and connection would indicate that the correct channel is being approached. While this is not the individual man through which the Yes or No would come, this will be the right channel through which the approach may be made for those associations and activities that have been maintained to be resumed by the body. Go through these channels.

9. (Q) Is there any other suggestion for my better welfare? (A) Keep in the ways that have been indicated from time to time for the mental attitudes of the body as related to those things that it should, in the physical and mental, accomplish in these experiences.
