Time of Reading 10:50 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [566].
2. While conditions are greatly improved since last we had the body, there is much to be desired in the general physical reactions.
3. The lack of activities physically tends to make for the assimilation and eliminations to still be a disturbing factor as to the segregation, and the cause of the poisons that manifest in the face, in the nausea that occurs, in the indecisions and the weakness that are the natural reactions.
4. As we find, the body should make the effort to exercise nominally; not overtire itself, but sufficiently to be in the sun's activity; walking, doing little things, doing those things that require not only the movement of the hands but the mind's concentration.
5. And continue with the manipulations sufficiently to make for the coordination of all the centers along the cerebrospinal system in the directions of eliminations.
6. Thus we would find the strength returning; also the DESIRE for food and the assimilation would be very GREATLY improved.
7. We would increase not so much the amount of the variety in the foods. Let the body respond to the DESIRE of the appetite from one meal to another. Let it in its reactions feel or respond to that it would DESIRE to eat. Not in quantities but the QUALITIES that are the responding forces.
8. These will be found to go in those directions of fruits, meats, and meat juices, and vegetables of various kinds. But at each meal when there is the desire for one food follow that, and not mix it with a lot of others! It will be much better!
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Is he strong enough to go from home, and would it be wise? (A) If he would follow these suggestions for five to eight

days he should be!
11. (Q) Why is he unable to take the sea food? (A) Not sufficient activities in the movements of the body to make for proper assimilation. Let's revert to that form as indicated; the DESIRES of the activities from the body create that as would be used. Even though the desire may call for that which has appeared to disagree, if the desire is builded as a portion of constructive forces by activity in the system, the system will respond!
12. (Q) Should he continue the Atomidine? (A) Occasionally; not to much, but this depends upon activity and upon the general assimilations.
13. (Q) Would the soda, magnesia and bismuth combined aid the digestion? (A) These are not well combined. To aid the digestion we would add rather the Pepsin and Bismuth. This will make for better assimilation.
14. (Q) Should the Bismuth be combined with the Pepsin and taken? (A) It's prepared in that way and manner. Bismuth-Pepsin, or Pepsinized (Peptonized) Bismuth.
15. (Q) What about the inflammation that remains in the place over the eye? (A) This is the reaction from those conditions as indicated. We would use the enemas for eliminations. We would use those packs about same occasionally, and then the general activity; and these should disappear.
16. (Q) Do adverse astrological influences have anything to do with his apparent inability to gain strength and enthusiasm again? (A) Not anything to do! These must be MET, and NOT FOLLOWED! It is like this: You don't feel like moving about, but move a little bit anyway - and this gains strength! Do those things suggested.
