Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. As we find, in the present those continuations of disturbances, of pain through the head, lack of proper assimilation, come as much from worry as from other conditions. Yet these add just that as necessary to produce, as it were, a physical reaction.

3. Watch the diet. Make the exercises of the day such that there is not overtaxing of the body but that the body is physically tired.

4. And we will find that with the precautions that have been indicated for the body in the matter of elimination and in the matter of all of those activities, these would bring the better conditions for this body, [556].

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) What causes the severe pains in back? (A) The lack of the eliminations sufficiently for the poisons to be carried from the system. There has been an excess of these that have arisen from conditions which have been general, and the natural tendency for the bodily functions to create these resistances for same, as it were, hems same. Hence they become or make for pressures upon the nerve forces of the body. Hence as has been indicated watch the diet and the eliminations; yet let the exercise be sufficient as to cause the activity of the muscular forces in their reaction to the assimilation. And we will find better conditions for the body.

7. (Q) Is the heart condition chronic or sympathetic? (A) Sympathetic, as has been indicated heretofore. Where weakness exists and where exertion at times makes for the shortness of the breath. Hence as has been indicated, in the exercise use diligence in the activities but not to such excesses as to overtax. As in the use of the voice strength is gained, tone is gained, expression is gained, so in the

physical forces of the body.

8. (Q) Why does the heart pain when he sings? (A) Lack of strength and that necessary for the building up of the resistances as has been indicated for the body. [See 556-15, Par. R1.]

9. (Q) Are the osteopathic treatments he has been taking the past two weeks correct? (A) These are very good, not at all times is there perfect relaxation or this setting up of drainages as much as possible, or as much as should be through the lumbar and the lower portion of the abdomen.

10. (Q) Any trouble with kidneys? (A) None other than sympathetic as we find in the present.

11. (Q) What is best for diet? (A) This has been given over and over; that which is easily assimilated and that does not work a hardship but that requires that some activities of the body be made so that there are the activities of the organs to produce the actions of the assimilated forces of the body. These the body well knows are to keep nearer to alkalinity than to acids. And then exercise judgement, exercise diligence in keeping the body-physical fit with the needs physical and mental of the body.

12. (Q) What necessary to build up generally? (A) As has been given.
