1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [558]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, the body has not responded as well to the administrations as it should have, or as might have been expected.
4. Not that fault might be found in the administrations, but drainages are not being set up where those lesions or formations have been indicated in the pelvis.
5. This condition in the present has the appearance more of becoming a cyst formation. And, unless there are responses soon, it may require operative measures.
6. These should not be done close to the Period, nor too long afterward, but when there is good coagulation indicated through the body.
7. As to the administrations, then:
8. We would make these a little deeper, especially in the area of the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system. But unless there is better drainage soon, operative measures may become necessary.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) How can we set up better drainages, in addition to the deeper manipulation? (A) Unless there is response to deeper manipulations, then the operative measures will be necessary.
11. (Q) How may we tell whether the response is satisfactory or not? (A) By the swelling, which of course is indicated through the pelvis and pelvic organs; and, of course, the manner in which this reacts to the manipulations - because it can be felt or indicated by the manipulator, see? These should be done deeper, especially in the lower dorsal and to and through the lumbar area.

The hydrotherapy is very well - the deeper manipulations are needed, but we would keep these gentle.
12. (Q) How often should she take the deep manipulations? (A) About twice a week.
13. (Q) How long at a time, each time? (A) To perfectly relax the body.
14. (Q) Is Reilly thoroughly competent to do this himself, or better Dr. Wagner? (A) Reilly as we find is competent to do it, if the body will respond. See, here is the variation in what we have in the present; and those conditions indicated at first: This is the formation of lymph, you see, by an irritation upon the tubes, or tube. Now it has become more of a cyst formation. Hence the necessity, as indicated, of stimulating the flow of circulation; not so as to bruise, to be sure, but to stimulate.
15. (Q) If operative measures are necessary, when should it be done? (A) As just indicated, not too long after a Period - but not just before a Period.
16. (Q) Who would be the best doctor in New York for the purpose, if it becomes necessary to operate? (A) Any good gynecologist should be sufficient.
17. (Q) What is the relation between a tumor and a cyst? (A) They may be called the same at times. One is some portion of the cyst, or the tumor becomes hardened, see? And where the regular drainages should be for eliminations, if it becomes so hardened, then it becomes a growth and increases in size.
18. (Q) Is the mental attitude of aid in accomplishing this drainage? (A) To be sure, it has much to do with any individual, and especially with this individual - it may control a great deal! But we would follow the manipulations and hydrotherapy for at least three to six more treatments, and then if there is NOT response, take care through operative measures.
19. (Q) Does the diet have anything to do with the condition now? (A) Not particularly, save as to keeping the good body-building forces. But this becomes a greater drain on the body, of course, the longer it is forming and the larger it becomes the more of a drain or pulling on the body.
20. (Q) What exercise should the body take? (A) No particular exercise - that is, other than the regular exercise that would be administered - and the

general activities of the body.
