Time of Reading S. S. Kresge Co., 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [562]; this we have had before.

2. There are a great many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some are very good.

3. A great many disturbances in the present of a very insidious nature [Tuberculosis tendency?] should be adhered to, if there would be the prevention of s great deal of disturbance later.

4. As we find, the resistances are getting very low, owing to the lack of the violet ray effect - or what violet ray would do in the activity of the system.

5. Hence we find the blood supply low, both as to the red AND the white blood supply.

6. The weakening of the system in those directions of the lack of this vital energy brings on the effect that the body so easily tires.

7. There is the lack of proper eliminations owing to the general deteriorations in the functioning forces of the assimilating system, and this produces a general acid reaction in the system.

8. This also makes the body tire so easily, as well as causing that low resistance and the easiness with which the body takes cold, and has those hot and cold sensations.

9. This is a GENERAL debilitation. And unless the body does something about same, we would find the EFFECT of the body suddenly beginning to grow old as to the functioning of the organs of the body, and as to the resistances in the system.

10. As we find, then:

11. The body should give ten days to two weeks to three weeks, preferably, in what might be termed "roughing it;" living in the open; not too much sun at once but just resting, and sufficient of exercise in sun, water, and

especially early morning even getting the feet wet in the dew of same.

12. These as we find would be the manners to start the system functioning to rejuvenate itself, as it were.

13. Not fancy foods, but "roughing it," as it were; with plenty of roast beef, plenty of potatoes and beans and cabbage, and fruits or vegetables. And even of mornings have plenty of eggs with plenty of milk and bacon.

14. Be careful, of course, as to the eliminations.

15. And these as we find would offer for the body more than several pounds, yes more than a hundred pounds of dosages or other treatments that might be called medicants of any nature.

16. But take plenty of exercise, plenty of rest, and with as few clothes on as possible.

17. And we will find we will make for a building of resistances that would add not only years to the experience but the greater and better resistances; and - you'll be sorry if you don't!

18. (Q) Have I been wearing the right support for my stomach? (A) This is very well, but such as might be made by self - by just bandaging - is even better than this!

19. (Q) Do I have any acid? (A) As just indicated. Do these things, and the sooner done the better for the body. Beware that it is away from great crowds, but of course with those that are jolly company, as it were, but "roughing it."
