Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [566], this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, the conditions that disturb the better physical functioning and better development, while these may be altered in this or that way - or by the changing of diet, surroundings and environs, making a definite change in the reactions, these are the conditions as we find them:

3. While the body is very good in many respects, there has been the inclination the more recently for the irritability at times, not digesting the food properly at others, fretful, the inclination to be listless at times, at others rubbing the face or scratching various portions of the body.

4. These effects, as we find, arise from too great an activity in the system from properties that tend, in this developing stage, to create pinworms; and their effect upon the system is to make through the nerve forces such inclinations.

5. While for a nominal development such conditions are necessary, the excess of same may and often does cause conditions that become hard to combat later on; either thinning the walls of the intestinal system, upsetting the digestive area to such an extent as to make for the properties that are hard upon the hepatic circulation, especially in the duodenum and the area of the activities from the liver, pancreas and spleen, or they may go so far as to make for the tendencies for a weakness in the caecum and colon area, or affect the nervous system to the extent - with these conditions arising in their varied forms - as to make a rash, or the activity of same.

6. Then, as we would find in the present, the better application would be:

7. For the first five days, give internally three drops of Atomidine twice each day, in half a glass of water, in the morning before the meal and in the evening when ready to

retire.

8. After the five days, then rest one day.

9. Then give in broken doses a whole bottle of Fletcher's Castoria (nine hundred drops); quarter of a teaspoonful every half hour until the whole quantity has been taken.

10. As to the diet, be mindful that there are not too much sweets or meats, but have a well-balanced diet.

11. The milk and the sugars are the tendencies for the producing of the excess of this activity in the system.

12. While the milk should not be cut off entirely, give rather that which has been heated; not boiled, but heated. While this tends to make for constipation, if the activity of the glands is increased by the properties suggested, it will make for the better adjustments.

13. Let at least one meal each day be of green-fresh-vegetables. And the rest should be a well balanced diet.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) What is the condition of the tonsils? Any special treatment? (A) Yes, the special treatment that we have outlined. When there is any irritation to any of the activities of the nerve forces of the body, the GLANDS suffer specifically. The tonsils are the activities of portion of the system as related to gland or secretive activities, see? and hence the effects to these will be overcome when we reduce the tendency for taking cold easily, which irritates and causes the swelling. Should this continue, or should they become affected - or infected, it would be well to change - but do not remove same just because the body takes cold occasionally and they swell! Let the SYSTEM adjust itself, because the tonsils are as necessary for the body as any of the rest of the portions of the system!

16. (Q) Adenoids? (A) The same condition.

17. (Q) Lungs? (A) Very good. This condition rises more from the stomach and gland condition than from anything else.

18. (Q) Would it be well for her to start school next Fall; that is, will she be strong enough? (A) She will be strong enough if these suggestions are carried out! If it is required that there be the use of this outline of treatment more than once, let at least two to three weeks elapse between times of using these applications, you see.

And we will find we will overcome the conditions. It would be well for the body to be in the sunshine and air as much as possible through the seasons when the body may take on a great deal of the ultra-violet from the sun's rays.

19. (Q) What has caused her illness so much during the past winter? (A) As indicated, the tendencies of poor gland secretion; produced by nerve tension from the excess of pinworms.

20. (Q) Any further advice that would be helpful for this body? (A) If we will follow these, as we find, for the physical body, we will keep a near normal balance. Do not, of course, overtax the body by irritating the body in its mental reactions, but if the body is normal and well the mental and physical reactions will be in the way that will keep for a development for this body.
