Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [568].

2. Now as we find, there are disturbing conditions - and precautions must be taken respecting same that they do not advance to stages where conditions might become even more serious; and affecting the body in different manners from that which is apparent in the present.

3. These are disturbances as we find with this body in the present, [568], Apprentice School, ... Navy Yard, ..., Va.

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, there are indications of there having been, and there being, those conditions which produce temperature - deep or latent, and at times giving rise to same.

5. These as we find are the effects of a strep that arises from conditions in the liver AND the activity of these as related to the general eliminating system.

6. In their form these - that is, the strep - in the present apparently may be from a malarial or may arise from a deeper condition. This depends, of course, upon the turn that is taken in these effects upon the system. These, of course, produce inflammation to the lymph circulation, as the attempts of the system in which it is deficient of creating sufficient of the cellular forces that act as the warriors in the system, or the white blood, or - more specific - those of the nature that act as the warriors upon that disturbance which becomes as a portion of the circulatory system.

7. This produces the aching, the nausea, the lack of appetite, the inability to rest well; the effects as produced of at times cold sensations and at others the hot, and the activities of a general feeling of pulsating over portions of the system.

8. AS TO THE EFFECT OR THE CONDITIONS THAT EXIST WITH THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, these naturally in the activity with

568-2 Page 2

other portions of the system cause the lymph in the soft tissue of face, throat, even the pulmonaries, to easily become separated - or congestions.

9. And these give rise to the complications that might arise unless precautions are taken as to the reduction of the hardening effects that are produced in a portion of the liver itself, and the effects that this has upon the general eliminating system; not only clogging same but causing disturbance to other portions of the alimentary canal as well as an overcharging to the kidneys themselves, making the hepatic circulation become so overcharged that in the tests there may be seen the excesses of the secretions as thrown off by the activities of the kidneys themselves.

10. All of these become then conditions in which there must be precautions taken respecting same.

11. AS WE FIND, THEN, IN MAKING APPLICATIONS THAT WOULD BE THE MORE HELPFUL, THE MORE BENEFICIAL:

12. Over the liver area, extending to the caecum - that is, the whole right side, from the lower portion of the lung to the groin itself - (this of course will mean the body should rest from activities until there are the thorough reactions) - we would massage into the body an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Turpentine and Camphor. Massage all that the body will absorb, and then a little more. Then place over that a soft cloth.

13. Then apply over same the saturated solution of Epsom Salts in Packs, as hot as the body can stand same. Change these about three or four times, see?

14. Then let the body rest a period of four or five hours, or even until the next day, and then repeat the whole procedure.

15. Then we would take internally the Zilatone; one tablet about half an hour after the morning meal, one after the noon meal, and TWO tablets after the evening meal.

16. When this has acted - rest a day - begin with the combination of Castoria and Syrup of Figs, half and half; and take until the system is thoroughly cleansed.

17. Do these, then, and with the precautions as to diet we should clear the system. This would be as an outline for this body, following the other applications, see?

18. Take those foods that are of a very strengthening nature.

19. Mornings - citrus fruit juices OR whole wheat cereals, and stewed fruits. The stewed fruits may be taken at the same meal with the citrus fruit juices. The cereals should NOT be taken at the same meal with the citrus fruit juices.

20. Noons - principally RAW vegetables. These will not be

568-2 Page 3

palatable at first to the body, but include in same such as lettuce, celery, tomatoes, onions, radishes or the like - any or all of these. To be sure there may be taken brown toast with Cocoa or Ovaltine at this same meal; or any of the cereal drinks may be taken.

21. Evenings - particularly the leafy vegetables well-cooked, with fish, fowl or lamb. Any of the juices may be taken at the same meal.

22. Beef Juices are well if taken between meals, as sips; not as whole spoonsful or glassesful.

23. Do these if we would bring the better conditions for this body.

24. The use of the electrically driven vibrator, over all portions of the cerebrospinal system, will be most beneficial.

25. Ready for questions.

26. (Q) What causes the cough and throat condition and soreness in chest? (A) The reflection of the conditions in the strep in the hepatic circulation. These are reflex conditions and, as indicated, are congestions arising from lack of proper eliminations.

27. (Q) Should anything be taken for the cough? (A) Take those things as indicated for the removal of the CAUSES of the conditions!

28. (Q) What causes breaking out on face and left arm? (A) The eliminations set up, so that there is the removing of the disturbances that produce same, this should disappear. As a local application use Prescription DDD, IN the ointment, see? First the area should be bathed off with the warm water, not too much but rather with a cloth, you see; then apply same when dried - and dry by patting rather than wiping or rubbing.

29. (Q) Is it necessary for operation on nose? (A) Not if there are the vibratory forces taken as indicated. If the growth between or back of the soft tissue continues, it would be necessary. But not unless there is the lack of setting up the proper distribution of energies, and the lack of being rid of those disturbing conditions in the system.

30. (Q) If it becomes necessary, what doctor in Norfolk would you advise to perform same? (A) Richardson. [M. L. Richardson, D.O.]

31. (Q) Is smoking injurious, and if not what brand of tobacco or cigarettes would you recommend? (A) While the system is so charged, there should be very,

568-2 Page 4

VERY little smoking. When the system has been cleansed, in moderation smoking is not so bad. But the pure tobacco is the better, such as Pall Mall or Piedmont or the like.

32. (Q) What is the deeper condition referred to? (A) Hardening spots on the liver! [Cirrhosis?]

33. (Q) Does night hunting interfere with my health? (A) It does!

34. (Q) Any special kind of exercise that would be beneficial? (A) Those exercises of a regular or general nature are very well.

35. (Q) Is golf all right? (A) Golf is EXCELLENT!

36. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) There must be those corrections as related to the deeper conditions in the liver, the gall duct, the pancreas, if we would cleanse the system of the poisons that may become detrimental to the better physical welfare of this body. Do these things, then, as indicated; and we will find conditions clearing throughout the system.

37. (Q) How long would it be necessary to be away from work? (A) Three to four days.
