1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, so long as there is the adherence to those suggestions which have been indicated, in a consistent manner, the body improves.
4. These weaknesses and disturbances, as has been indicated, are from the lack of the strength or vitality or virility through the circulatory system.
5. We would keep very close to those things indicated; stimulating osteopathically, at least once a week, the DIGESTIVE system.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What causes wheezing, feeling of phlegm in chest, and cough? (A) Weakness, and poor circulation through those portions - as indicated.
8. (Q) Upset feeling in stomach? (A) As just indicated.
9. (Q) Any special diet? (A) Those foods that are easily assimilated, and that are strengthening, and that carry such vitamins as in plenty of liver, beef extract, steel cut oats, as well as those foods of every nature that carry the plasms of better blood supply. Vitamin B-1, Vitamin A, B, B-1, Vitamin C, Vitamin G - these are those needed. Of course, cod liver oil, iron - as found in CODIRON - would be very well. This makes an overabundance of D, in a manner for the system, but if there is the use of the B-1 each day, especially, as from cut oats well-cooked, this should keep the body well balanced. Two Codiron tablets would be taken each day, either at one time or one at a time - but with the meal.

10. (Q) What vegetables and fruits should be eaten? (A) As indicated, any or all of these save raw apples or the melons - none of these would be very well for the body.
11. (Q) Are the tonsils affected? (A) Weak, but not necessary to be removed if the other things are done as indicated. Do as has been indicated, if we would bring the better conditions for this body.
