Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ky. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [569].

2. As we find, conditions are not so good in many respects, from that as we had here before. There is more aggravation in the circulation through the head from infectious forces that have arisen in numbers from old causes that have been as disturbances in the blood supply.

3. And this allows the greater accumulation, once begun, and produces a greater refractory force upon the organs that become disturbed by same. Not only does it draw from the vitality of the body but it breaks down more and more the resistances in the influence of the circulation.

4. Hence the assimilation is more and more drawn upon, that is already well disturbed by the low vitality in the body.

5. Then, as we find, it would be well to continue with the applications made locally for the cleansing and the resisting of influences in the ear and head.

6. And we would leave off the direct or the high voltage of the violet ray.

7. We would use, though, the low forms of electrical forces; as in the Radio-Active Appliance, that will be found to be beneficial. But be sure the plates are kept in contact and are cleansed before they are applied to wrist and ankle.

8. Also we would find it most effective to use the Wet Cell Appliance, if applied to the CENTRAL nervous system. This, as we find, would be most beneficial. Make same in the regular form, but carry the vibrations to the body through same of the Spirits of Camphor - in regular strength solution. This will require that the anode or tube of lead that passes through the solution be a tube and not a solid material. It will require that there be a heavier solution in the Appliance itself. Use the copper and the nickel poles and anodes or connections on the end. The larger nickel plate, passing through the Camphor solution, should be somewhat cupped - or in a cup shape. The attachments

would be made, after the charge is begun, in this manner: The small copper plate would be attached first, to the central nervous system; that is, at the 2nd and 3rd dorsal center. The larger cup-shaped nickel plate, passing through the Camphor solution, would be attached last - over the umbilicus and lacteal duct area or center. Do not take this longer each day than twenty-five to thirty minutes. Longer would increase the circulation to too great an extent. Be well that the pulsations and the variations in these be considered as these applications are made. If they produce too great an increase in the pulsations or the heart's activity, decrease the time - or alter the centers of application to the lower lumbar; that is, the 4th lumbar and the umbilicus. Increase the circulation, though, as it is possible, but keep in a normal manner. Do not allow same to run to over one ten (110). Watch this.

9. The solution for the Wet Cell Appliance would be:

10. To the gallon and a half of rain or distilled water, add: Copper Sulphate........................2 lbs., Sulphuric Acid C.P.................2 1/2 ounces, Common Zinc..........................1/2 ounce. In this solution do not use the Charcoal. The container should be large enough to allow for the expansion that will necessarily come, from the formation of the galvanic cellular force. So, it should be a two and one-half (2 1/2) gallon container; preferably a crock.

11. A gentle massage for the body along the cerebrospinal system to the lower limbs and feet will be effective in keeping the circulation away from the head; thus making for a better reaction to same.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Should the Radio-Active Appliance be used each day? (A) As just given, keep this each day. The Radio-Active Appliance would best be used when the body is ready for retirement, while the Wet Cell Appliance should be taken as a treatment - preferably eleven to eleven-thirty (11:00 to 11:30) in the morning.

14. (Q) Does the misery in the right side of my face, next to the ear, come from the distress in the ear or from a tooth? (A) From the soft tissue about the ear.

15. (Q) The treatments I am taking from Dr. Beazley [Hugh C. Beazley, M.D.], then, are alright? (A) As indicated, these should be continued; for these are local treatments. The other applications we have indicated should be for the constitutional or the central forces of

the body itself to increase the circulatory forces, and to purify as much as possible - through the vibrations carried from the Spirits of Camphor. From their vibratory forces these will act as an antiseptic to the vibrations set up in all of the glands and secretions; and also as an antiseptic vibration will set up constructive forces to the effluvium that is indicated as being distressed in the blood supply. But do not allow same to overtax the heart, as given.

16. (Q) What causes the body to suffer from weakness of mornings? (A) Just as indicated. The body through periods of rest calls upon the vitality to RESTORE the used energies. And the resistances being low, the rebuilding or replenishing calls for or produces weaknesses and distresses. Be mindful, of course, of the increase in the circulation - as indicated; and do not let this overtax or engorge the deeper circulation.

17. (Q) How long should I keep the Radio-Active Appliance on at a time? (A) As indicated, this is very good for ANY period; most helpful for thirty minute periods twice a day, or one hour once a day.

18. (Q) After using same, why do I feel so tired? (A) It has increased the circulation without the stimulation. Hence the use of both appliances; one as a stimulating, revivifying, the other as an equalizing or balancing of circulation.

19. (Q) Is once a day often enough to use the Ipsab? (A) This should be sufficient, and used properly will purify a great deal of the distresses that have been caused by the release of so much poisons in the area that have localized in soft tissue.

20. (Q) Why have the treatments I have been taking not helped me? Is it my fault? (A) The lack of the system's responding to that as indicated. There should be sufficient for the high vibrations to destroy. Now we will increase the low vibrations, you see, through adding those applications as indicated. The body did not respond; there's been taxation mentally, physically and all.

21. (Q) Will my hearing be restored, and eyesight? (A) It depends upon the reactions to the conditions in the body. These applications should bring help in such directions. Be mindful of the stimulations, as indicated. Do not let the increase run away with the pulsations. Keep them below eighty or ninety (80 or 90) if possible. These, of course, at the time of the application will increase - but do not let same go over one ten (110).

569-24 Page 4

Alterations should be made, then, as indicated, as to less periods of applications, or as to the place of application. Do those things as indicated, as to that necessary for the assimilations. Keep as much of body-building foods as possible, but those that are easy of assimilation. Less, of course, of the fats or greases - or as little as possible. Keep more of the citrus fruit juices, vegetable juices, green vegetables and things of that nature. None of the hog meats, though a little crisp bacon may be taken occasionally. Eggs may be used, and spirits frumenti combined with milk or malted milk and things of such natures. Any of the enzymes that may be added are well, either through the food values in their natural state (that is, the enzymes or parts of the animal from which these come) or in their combination under the formula on the market - as we have indicated (that is, Ventriculin). These, as we find, are the best in the present.
