Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Something interferes here. Virginia. Norfolk. ... Boulevard. Something interferes. [572].

2. Yes. Considerable difference and changes in the general physical forces of the body. While not altogether satisfactory as to recuperative forces as they have expressed themselves, there have been influences and conditions that have at times forced or produced not so satisfactory conditions - by the non-adherence or the adding to or taking from (in many different instances) those things that we have outlined.

3. However, as we find now, it would be much better for the gases that form from the brandy or spirits frumenti to be inhaled - rather than just the fumes from the heating or boiling; for this would be more effective and make for the greater purification of the air breathed. So, we would find - in preference to the croup cup, or the heating - it would be better to inhale the GASES that form either from brandy or spirits frumenti (preferably brandy) in a charred keg. There should be a quart or half a gallon in a container twice as large, kept where the evaporation takes place - but leave sufficient space for the expansion until the gases are breathed into the lungs. This will overcome the shortness of breath.

4. Also we would be mindful to take those properties that have been indicated very consistently (that is, the iodine and salt - or Calcidin). Do not take oftener at times, as the body has, and at others leave it off entirely! These properties make for the conditions that the gases will remove by keeping the increased circulation, the eliminations through the alimentary canal, the general activities of the body; all these should be taken into consideration. Remember, there must be the ability for the body to perspire; normally. Not forced by nervousness or anxiety or any of such conditions, but by activities of the

body! It should be brought about in a consistent way and manner!

5. The changes, the getting out more, will be more helpful to the body; but have the regular periods for the inhalations two or three times a day.

6. Once or twice a day be sure to take the Calcidin.

7. The diet may be changed somewhat, so as to include more of those things that make for the building of the forces in the body; as vegetable juices, fruits and nuts, and things that make for building properties in the system. Not milks so much, but any of the activities that make for body building, blood building, and balancing for the system. When the egg is taken in the sherry or in the spirits frumenti, or any of the wines, only take the yolk of same; NOT the white. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat juices (but not the meats), fish; these things should form the basis of the greater amount of the foods taken.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What is the cause of the blood being heavy when it goes thru the heart? (A) Not sufficient of it! That's why we are giving for the time to be mindful as to the body building properties! There has been a tendency to burn tissue too much, by too much of the spirits frumenti and the other characters of foods that have been taken.

10. (Q) Does eating have any tendency to make the smothering worse? (A) No. This doesn't make that tendency, though the smothering follows at times on account of the alcoholic content in the stomach at times making for a contraction of the stomach proper - which makes a pressure on the diaphragm, which smothers the lower portion of the lungs. Hence, as given, the inhalations should be more, and the milder and smaller amounts of spirits frumenti with egg; or sherry or wines, any of these taken, or beer, would be better - because they will tend to dilate the stomach; as will the taking of fruits and vegetables' juices, you see, or well cooked fruits, that carry body building properties.

11. (Q) This will relieve the smothering? (A) As given. It has been outlined.

12. (Q) Is he taking too much exercise for his strength? (A) Not taking too much exercise, if the proper kind is taken. The activities should be to work the greater amount of the muscles. Walking and arm activity is good.

13. (Q) Does he have low blood pressure? (A) Without sufficient supply, what's the answer itself!

572-3 Page 3

It's too much blood that makes high blood pressure? It's why the vitality must be built up, and why this should be done consistently! Do these and, as we find, we will bring the better conditions for this body. Do not let others interfere or deter thee from doing that; if thou has been convinced in thine self that the following of these suggestions can bring help, then do it! If it's done halfheartedly, or you want to follow something else, don't mix them up! KNOW in what you believe, and then act that way!
