Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before. As we find, the conditions show some improvement; yet the body has NOT been as CONSISTENT as it should have been with those things that have been administered for the correction of the conditions with this body. Because the body has felt better, after the first two or three days, then it has undertaken to do the work that had been left off for the last six months! And that can't be very well accomplished with a body not yet adjusting itself to those activities, and the whole body rebels!

2. Take conditions a little bit easier, following the full suggestions that have been given for the corrections; taking conditions just a little bit easier. Be consistent and persistent.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Has the Atomidine had the desired effect? (A) If it had we wouldn't say continue with ALL the things; but be persistent and - above all - be CONSISTENT; for we are to create the activities in the body for the various glands to function and to eliminate. Then, don't keep overcrowding and overtaxing the body so that there is the stress and strain, and the heat that comes from the body temperature being changed by the vibrations in same, so that it attempts to eliminate too much one way or another through a channel that has not been taxed heretofore.

Do ALL of those things that we have outlined, IN a CONSISTENT manner; giving TIME for each activity in the way outlined.

Do that.

5. We are through with this reading.
