1. EC: We have the body here; this we have had before.
2. In some respects conditions are somewhat changed, though we could not say that they were a great deal better. However, there HAVE been periods since last we had same when the condition was MUCH improved.
3. As we find, application of the enema has not reached high enough to remove the conditions where there is the tendency for the accumulation of forces that produce the gases, that cause the pressure in the stomach after eating, and causes unpleasantness across the whole of the abdomen. There is a good deal of mucous accumulation. The colonic irrigation should reach higher, for this is not only just above the sphincter muscles in the descending colon but also in the transverse and the ascending, and must reach farther. And we would use the soda, the salt, in the water. We would also use the antiseptic solution in the last water used in the enemas, see? And we would not attempt to do all of this at ONCE, but reach a little bit higher, little bit more each time. Do not let SUCH a long period elapse between the enemas.
4. We would also find it very beneficial to use the AL-CAROID, not too great a quantity; third of a teaspoonful in a FULL glass of water (though dissolved in a small quantity at first), after each meal.
5. Then every third day, after each meal take two tablets of the CAROID or Bile Salts, see? This would be for the one day only, you see. Skip three days and then do this again. And do this until there are three or four of the days when the CAROID is taken.
6. But EVERY day during that period take the AL-CAROID AFTER the meals.
7. Now this may produce quite a strain on the system. Then, after the four days of taking the AL-CAROID, take a bottle and a half (that is, the 900 drop bottle) of Fletcher's

Castoria; this taken half a teaspoonful every half hour until the whole quantity is taken. We must remove the poisons from the system and give the proper balance for the body to rebuild.
8. Be mindful that the diet is not of any of the properties that carry great quantities of grease, or of fats; and if grease is used at all in the baking or cooking, let it be of vegetable oils.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Why do I have wheezing in my throat most all the time? (A) The poor circulation. We will cleanse the system and let the circulation be more through the lower portions, rather than pressing on the descending colon which makes for activities to the upper portion of the body, and this will be greatly relieved. Stimulation of the circulation with the electrically driven vibrator, from the base of the brain to the 9th dorsal will be beneficial, or over the whole spine - but PARTICULARLY in the upper dorsal and cervical area.
11. (Q) What causes the dizziness? (A) Poisons! Eliminate them, as we have indicated.
12. (Q) Why do I have sharp pains and soreness about my body? (A) As given, and as to how to remove same.
