Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [576].
2. Now, as we find, conditions show a great deal of improvement in many ways since last we had same here. Not only is there relief from the pains but there is a better outlook from the mental aspects of the body; more hopefulness and more optimism. But there is the same attitude, or same way of acting, in the character of expression, in the manner in which the body - through the assimilations - is resuscitating and reviving influences through the blood stream itself. This, as we find, is the REAL basis for the expectancy of conditions to be the more ON the improve, if - of course - there will be the proper precautions taken respecting the activities of the body.
3. While it behooves the body to be active in its physical exercise, as well as in the mental abilities, this may be overdone as well as underdone. Hence no undue exposure, especially in damp, bad weather. No allowing of the system to become overburdened with acids in the system; being mindful of the diets that have been indicated, that the system is kept more in the order of alkalinity in the body. For with the alkalinity rather in excess than in the minority, we would find cold and congestion will have no activity or effect on the body; for the germ cold does not live or subsist or take hold in an alkalin reacting effluvium in the body.
4. As to the conditions of the glands in the areas indicated, these we find much improved also.
5. It would be well that very soon there be again begun the use of the applications with the fluids through the Elliott machine, for the applying of the heat to the body to prevent contacts being made in such ways and manners as to tend to make for stoppages of the circulation in portions of the body disturbed.
6. As we find, it may be indicated by the manner in which

they have responded not only to the applications of the heat but in which the other portions of the system as indicated HAVE responded, the condition is not of the fibrous nature; nor have they taken hold in such a way. The condition is rather of the nature where the thinning of the walls by strain has allowed the fluids of the body to form in accumulations to prevent the strains on the system; and these are in excess, thus producing at times the UNDESIRABLE conditions.
7. We would, then, keep the Ash, with the violet or ultra- violet ray as indicated - the violet ray, provided it is given deep - at least a few minutes after the taking of the Ash.
8. We would have at least one more round, and possibly one and a half more, of the use of the Elliott machine application.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) How long before these should begin? (A) As we find, as indicated, they should begin by the fifteenth or sixteenth - present month.
11. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Alkalin Reacting diet list was enclosed.)
