Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. L.I., New York. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [587], this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, conditions are greatly improved in the general physical forces of the body from that we have had here before.
3. In the main the general conditions that we have indicated respecting the applications, and in the physical activities and the general diet and habit, are well to keep in the body; and we would find we would keep a general improvement throughout the body.
4. Where there have been the accumulations from the lymph in portions of the body, as in face, these - as we find - may either be absorbed through the system or they may be removed as they separate themselves in the system. But do not have operative forces while there are still those connections or associations with the general circulation.
5. In absorption it would be well for these to be massaged with plain Castor Oil twice each day.
6. And stimulate the circulation through the application of the high frequency electrical forces to portions of the circulation that govern the impulses to the face and to the body. Or make the anode connection, with the high frequency sinusoidal machine, at the 1st and 2nd dorsal area; and the other anode in the 2nd and 3rd and 4th cervical area. This for three or four minutes every two or three days, as we find - with the massage and absorption - will make for the better conditions.
7. While the accumulation would be easily removed were operative measures resorted to, not while there is still the connected circulation would it be well.
8. In the general conditions of the body then, [587] we are speaking of, keep in that of the normal activity; with a

consistent use of those suggestions that have been made; and we will find we will keep in the better conditions.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What treatment would improve the hearing and remove the noises in the head? (A) The partial treatment of the Eustachian tube and the stimulation of the circulation to the head to remove a poor circulation that has been indicated. Not the whole osteopathic finger surgery, as to massage or to break loose; for we find no lesions in the Eustachian activity, but we do find a slow circulation - which makes to the auditory balance the disturbance.
11. (Q) How often should these treatments be given? (A) They would preferably be given in periods of one or two weeks, with about three treatments a week; then a rest period of three to four weeks, the another treatment period of two to three weeks.
12. (Q) What causes the sinking spells when going to sleep at night? (A) This is rather a psychic influence in the experience of the entity, from its experiences and activities in its psychic development. As the physical consciousnesses are lost, then that inter-between makes for those periods of the visions within and visions without; the abilities to turn back, the abilities to see forward - or as in the experience of the body, the elevation of any of the mental forces to heights makes for the greater vision into a field of activity. Being "sensitive", or one that may develop or use or apply it; for the development is there. Only the application of same would be necessary. This may be best explained through the entity's associations or experiences in the earth.
13. (Q) Is Dr. Moorehead, of 115 E. 61st St., N.Y., the right person (in professional connection) to assist Mr. Cayce? Is he honestly interested? (A) This would require a deeper analysis than we have with this association. The mental and physical applications of the body respecting THIS body, [587], are efficient and well. As to the associations with Cayce, we haven't Cayce.
14. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Develop those tendencies that find themselves, and the associations that may be had, that may be accomplished by self; in bringing to the satisfying, the awakening of, the spiritual forces and influences that may bring the greater blessings, the greater satisfaction in thine own experience. There is much that thou may accomplish in thine activities.
