Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes - they have had an accident right in front of the house. We have the body here, [599] this we have had before.
2. In many ways we find changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. There has been the general tendency for poor eliminations. While there has been sufficient activity, except at some periods, of the eliminations through the alimentary canal, there have been such drainages upon the system from its strength that there is tendency for toxic forces to become as accumulations in the system; and especially in an engorgement in the transverse colon. The accumulations have made for those activities that produce pressures in the centers from which the locomotories and the extremities, specifically, receive their impulse. Hence there has been in portions of the body the necessity of a quick jerking, or something like tic; yet these reactions are more from the muscles and poison pressures in the colon area than from any organic disturbance; though they tend to make for sluggishness in the organs' activity.
3. As we would find, for the general physical conditions, we would add as these for the body in the present:
4. After each meal, for three to four days, we would take a quarter teaspoonful of AL-CAROID in two glasses of water. Of course, it should first be stirred well into a small quantity of water, then the whole glass filled with water; then take after it another whole full glass of water.
5. On the third day we would begin with the CAROID Bile Salts tablets, that ordinarily go with the AL-CAROID. We would take four of these tablets during the first day, about two hours after the morning meal, and two more about two hours after the evening meal.
6. Then we would begin with a diet something like this:
7. Mornings - citrus fruit juices, or grape juice, or tomato

juice; with browned bread or stewed fruits or berries, but do not combine the berries and citrus fruit juices at the same meal.
8. Noons - preferably vegetable soups, or juices of meats and quantities of vegetables.
9. Evenings - we would leave off the greater portion of the meat, except at periods when quantities of liver would be taken; not fried, but broiled, and with eggs - the eggs should preferably be poached, and quantities of these taken; or with tripe, pig knuckle, and all forms of vegetables that will build for a blood supply.
10. Keep this for three or four weeks, and we will find the physical body entirely changed as to its reactions.
11. As for the disturbances where there has been the continuation of the roaring in the head, produced from those pressures that have been indicated heretofore in the cerebrospinal system, and the tendency for the drooping of the Eustachian tubes, especially in that one on the left side, we find that these conditions would be removed by specific treatments given by such an one as Woodall - in the particular service of the adjustments in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cervical, with the head and neck and throat treatment.
12. This combined with the application of the battery formation that has been given (through these sources) and prepared by the body itself. [Radio-Active Appliance was made in early days by Mr. [599] for others who obtained readings. GD.]
13. These would be the suggestions for the physical forces of the body.
14. As to the mental and those variations for the according of self with the spiritual manifestations, the communications that may be had, we find it would be well for the body to apply its own faith in certain forms of ritualistic activity; whether from the humming or sitting alone, using these as the meditative forces for self. This will create better activity.

16. (Q) How many of the Bile Salts tablets should be taken? (A) Periods of two to three times of the AL-CAROID combined with the CAROID Bile Salts tablets should be repeated, with about three or four days between each one.
