1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [601]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions are very good. There are those disturbances in the system's attempting to adjust itself, through those changes - or periods when the menopause begins. As we find, the greater help for the body would be from the use of the Radio-Active Appliance.

3. The attachments would be made to the extremities in the ordinary way for about three weeks in the month; but just before the regular periods we would attach the first anode to the 9th dorsal vertebra, then the last anode or applicator to the frontal portion just above the puba - or the puba bone, see? This will make for the more NORMALCY in the flow, and will assist the system in adjusting itself to the changes that come about in the system.

4. We would be mindful that there is a lack of accumulations of acids, and not too much of fats taken in the system - or starches. This will prevent those tendencies for the system to take on weight at this time.

5. Let it be rather as one meal, at least, each day consisting entirely of raw vegetables, see?

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Is it necessary to eliminate bread and butter from diet? (A) Browned whole wheat bread may be taken. It would be BETTER to eliminate butter.

8. (Q) Is the increase of weight due to this change? (A) As indicated, the tendencies are to increase at these periods; UNLESS there is the alteration kept by the keeping away from the starch and fats. Do these, as we find, and we will bring the better conditions for this body.

9. (Q) Please explain irregularity of menstrual periods.

(A) The system's attempting to adjust itself; and if there is cold, congestion, over-excitement or worry [See 601-6, Par. R2], these tend to increase or to decrease the activity - dependent upon the manner or the cycle of affectation at such times, see? Hence the adjustments that will be made by the low form of electrical vibrations in the body, that MAKE for the changes by the use of the appliance. Do that.

10. (Q) How long at a time should the appliance be used? (A) From thirty minutes to an hour each day; or it may be divided if preferable into two periods of thirty minutes each - preferably taken as the body rests, you see, and not as the body sleeps - rather as the body rests.
