1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [601]; this we have had before.
2. Conditions are somewhat better in some respects than when last we had same. Some indiscretions in activity and in diet make for an upsetting of the digestive forces, lack of proper eliminations; producing dizziness and swimming in the head, a fullness in the throat - for it has produced as it were a congestion of the mucous membranes in the back portion of the nasal passages and thus there is the feeling of fullness in same.
3. As we would find in the present, we would have the high irrigations to cleanse the alimentary canal.
4. Rest from too much of eating for a period.
5. Leave off about half the quantity of the tonic.
6. Use the violet ray, preferably the anode without the bulb - this for a minute or two minutes. Use the bulb over back of neck and across the small of the back for a minute and a half or two minutes.
7. And we will find the responses will be well.
8. When necessary use the sedative as indicated.
9. Keep the quietness and be mindful of the eating.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What should the body eat in the present conditions? (A) Ice cream or ices, these with the citrus fruit juices or fresh fruit juices. A little liver broiled or the like. Fowl, provided it is not fried. The fresh vegetables. These are the preferable things.
12. (Q) In using the violet ray, should both the bulb and the other anode be used? (A) As given, the principal would be the anode WITHOUT the bulb - that one held in the hand, you see; but use the bulb over the back of the neck, the upper part of the shoulders, you see, and over the back portion of the SMALL of the back.
13. (Q) How long should it be held? (A) As just given, a minute or a minute and a half to two
