Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Now as we find, there tends to be too great a continuance of a flow, with those accentuations of the weakness; especially through the lower portion of the abdomen and lower limbs, with the disturbance through the nerve forces of the head of course.

3. As we find, in making the manipulations and adjustments, more consideration should be given to the centers close to the END of the spine; or those that make for the bearing DOWN upon that portion of the system. These nerves in the coccyx or the end of the spine pressed upward, and not too much relaxation through those below the dorsal area, will make for the relieving of these disturbances.

4. And then we would keep the GENERAL conditions that have been intimated for the body.

5. In the taking of the Tonicine, this should not be in such a large quantity but rather about HALF the quantity. This then will, with the purifying this gives to the glandular force, make for strengthening to the body.

6. Keep the body quiet, yet more with the active forces as indicated.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What should be done to overcome very frequent urination, with some pain during night and day? (A) The manipulation, and the application of the mutton suet, turpentine and camphor across the kidney area, and the application of the Radio Active-Appliance to the center above the lower portion of the abdomen - or at the lower portion of the abdomen, and at the 9th dorsal - the centers through which the passing of same is produced - we would find relief for same. Heat applied, of course; but not so much as to relax the body the more. Use the Appliance about thirty minutes to an hour about once a day, preferably when the body is ready to retire; the first attachment being at the 9th dorsal, and the last at the plexus just above or at

the lower portion of the abdomen.

9. (Q) Are the kidneys affected? (A) Only sympathetically.

10. (Q) Any inflammation of bladder? (A) No inflammation as yet; rather the system's throwing off the poisons. Hence the pressures, as have been indicated about the coccyx area - these will relieve the bearing down upon the kidney area.

11. (A) Does the Tonicine taken during evening have tendency to over stimulate and keep awake? (A) As indicated, reduce the quantity by half.

12. (Q) Please outline diet - what can be taken? (A) The better is that partaking of the natures that are strengthening but easily assimilated. Broths, beef juices; the vegetables that are of the leafy nature, and not those that act too greatly upon the kidneys.

13. (Q) Why do I feel very low and depressed? (A) The natural pressure upon the sensory forces of the body. And the very NATURE of disturbances produces a depression effect. Hence the necessity to have company and pleasant company about the body for the mental attitude at all times.

14. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) The most is to keep the pressures off of the areas that are disturbed. In the manipulations, in the area given - then the rest about the activities, as from the use of the Radio-Active in those areas indicated, see?
