Time of Reading 3:50 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Md. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. While there is an anxiety, especially owing to the recent experience with such violent reactions in the use of the properties indicated for settling the stomach - and the applications for relief to portions of the body, this as we find arose most from an indiscretion in activity - as combined with the period of anxiety for surrounding conditions.

3. The upsetting then is both of a nervous nature and from the violent pressures upon the gastrointestinal tract owing to the lacerations (not ulcerations) in portions of the lower part of the stomach.

4. As we find, we would discard the properties for the settling of the stomach - or the manner in which these were prepared or mixed (not in the right proportions); and we would use this:

5. Make a tea from the American Saffron; a teaspoonful to a pint of water, let steep as tea - or in a crock, and so that the water simmers but not boils too much. This would be strained, and it may be taken two to three times a day - a good big swallow, or a small jigger of the solution.

6. Well, too, that very small quantities of Olive Oil be taken; just so it is assimilated by the body; quarter teaspoonful two to three times a day. If the body finds that it belches same, reduce the quantity but keep on taking it.

7. The Packs are well. Apply them to the cerebrospinal system rather than to the frontal portions of the body when the headaches are severe.

8. Also, when these are severe, apply an astringent - or a stimulant, as of any rub - along the back portion of the neck and head.

9. But following those suggestions as we find that have been indicated should make for the bettered conditions, with these changes given.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Any change in diet? (A) These as has been indicated from the first are to be tested at times. Rather be guided, now, by what the appetite calls for; and not too much but often is correct or right - provided the proper eliminations are kept.

12. (Q) What stimulant would be best to rub on back of neck? (A) Musterole or mustard plaster or Bengue (Bengay?), or any of those that stimulate the circulation superficially - as counter-irritants.

13. (Q) What proportion of the Saffron for the tea? (A) Read that as has been given. Teaspoonful to a pint of water, made in a crock - not in tin or aluminum.
