Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Fla. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [608]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions are much improved from that as we have had here before, but there should be remembered, there are the tendencies for irritation in the caecum area; that is, the right lower portion where the smaller intestine or the jejunum joins with the ascending colon.

3. Thus the massages and the Oil Packs occasionally - that is, once a week - should be continued for some time, or until there are no recurrent conditions of the headaches; though these in part arise from periods of change in the glandular forces of the body, or the developing body.

4. Climatic conditions, temperamental conditions, to be sure are contributory; and the temperaments of the body in its views, its reactions, to be sure arise a great deal from these changes.

5. Hence the occasional giving of very small quantities of Atomidine, now, will be most beneficial; ONE MINIM the dose in half a glass of water about three times a week for periods of three weeks, then leave off for a week or two weeks, and then begin again. Repeat this for at least three to four periods, but do not just give it haphazardly! Have regular days that it is taken, you see; make it every other day, something like that, and we will find these - with the precautions as to diet, as to keeping the feet dry, as to the regular attitudes - should now make for normal reactions and developments through the body.

6. When the massages are given for the abdominal area, especially that in the caecum, do not be too severe with same; but massage the abdomen much in the manner as if kneading dough; first one side, then the other; then with the body prone upon the face, massage gently down the cerebrospinal system. This once or twice a week, as the body is ready to retire, is well for the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) How often should she have a laxative, and what is best to give? (A) Even at the age, colonics or enemas are preferable to giving laxatives too often. Rather change the diet, as in figs, pieplant; such changes are much preferable to laxatives. But when a laxative is given, such as Phenomint (?), or occasionally changing the diet. Do not give the same laxative continuously! Change to Ex-Lax, and then change again to that which is the best of all, of course, the Castoria. Take a small sized bottle, take out a spoonful and add in its place half a teaspoonful of Syrup of Senna. Keep this as a laxative to be given occasionally. Of course, along with the others, but not all at the same time. One may be used one week, the other may be used the next; and be sure there is the thorough evacuation of the bowels once or twice a day.

9. (Q) Should she take a tonic to create better appetite and more resistance? If so, what? (A) A tonic at this period, especially, would be very good - if prepared properly. This compound as we find would be very good, as it is made - VINOL; but do not give this for THIS body a full teaspoonful as a dose twice a day, but about half a teaspoonful mornings and evenings.

10. (Q) What makes her cross and irritable? Is it reaction from her mother? (A) As we find, as has been indicated, these are the changes. Necessarily then it requires that those about the body be patient, but LOVINGLY POSITIVE!

11. (Q) She is sorely inclined to sit and sometimes stand in bad posture. What is best way to correct this? (A) Quit the correcting, but DEMONSTRATE in rather the pointing to others but not holding it a fault in the body; but pointing to those whom the body considers as ensamples, or those it would like to be like! But do NOT continue to call attention to the fault! This creates in the MIND of the body resentments, and will build conditions that will be hard to overcome. But with the massages and with the GENTLE correction - but positive - these will be changed.

12. (Q) Often will have to tell her the same thing, two, three, four, six times before she pays any attention to what you are correcting her for. Is that inattention, stubborness, or what? (A) DO NOT make so many CORRECTIONS! Make it once and then let it pay the price for same! Not in punishments as in

608-10 Page 3

bodily punishments, but rather the denial of things that are liked!

13. (Q) Is she growing too fast for her age and what can be done about it? (A) This is a natural development as has been indicated.

14. (Q) Any further advice for the body? (A) Do these as we find; remembering to keep those precautions that there is not a recurrence, and this comes from accumulations of poisons, you see, from non-eliminations in the system and the tendency to upset the whole of the digestive tract and the nervous forces, or the developing in the age is contributory. Hence the precautions given.
