1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [608]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the present, there are those disturbances which arise from the unbalancing of the circulation from eliminating centers of the activities in the organs of the body. That is, we have those inclinations towards malaria in the activity of the liver and its circulation.

4. This, as combined with those subluxations and conditions arising from hindrances in the activity of the Periods, brings about - when there is the action of cold or congestion - a general upsetting of the system.

5. As we find in the present:

6. First we would give that there be begun the corrections osteopathically in the lumbar, sacral, 9th dorsal and the upper dorsal areas; coordinating the cervicals with same. The corrections would be more specific in the lumbar, sacral and 9th dorsal, while the upper dorsals and cervicals would be coordinated with same. This should be done, or accomplished, in six to eight adjustments.

7. After the first or second of such adjustments (not before), begin also with taking internally the Grove's Chill Tonic; a teaspoonful twice each day, of morning before any meal is taken, and of evening before retiring. Take at least two-thirds of a bottle. Then rest from this for a week. Then take another whole bottle, or the rest of this and a whole bottle.

8. These as we find, with the general precautions, should bring about those conditions as to eliminate the causes.

9. But do not take one of these without the other; for the adjustments AND the type of activity for the general eliminating system and blood supply should coordinate. Hence these should be taken in the manner indicated.

10. Do that.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What causes periodic violent headache, followed by nausea? (A) Just as indicated, the inclination towards the malarial condition, and some cold or congestion, as combined with the effects of the subluxations and the activity of the Periods, - these bring disturbances.

13. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Extra sheet of directions were enclosed for Osteopath. Let us have his name and address so we may put him on our mailing list.)
