Time of Reading 3:25 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [611]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are changes in the general physical forces of the body from that we have last had here. Many of these show improvements in the general physical condition. While there have been some reactions that have not given the appearance of help or aid, and have caused anxiety on the part of the body and somewhat on the part of the one administering same, these are from too great a strain on the nervous system by the application of the electrical vibrations being of too great a nature.

3. As we find, there needs be, in the OSTEOPATHIC manner, more of a correction in the areas that have been indicated, and a COORDINATING of the whole of the centers from the radial plexus from each portion of the system; as in the brachial, in the lumbar and in the solar plexus. These need be coordinated.

4. We would make the diathermy less strong, and this should be accorded according to the reactions that are arising in the activity to the heart's action, to the general nerve system; and we will find that these will - in the BALANCING of the conditions - create a much nearer normal activity for this body, [611].

5. Then, we would leave off the diathermy for at least two or three periods. We would THEN begin again with the use of the plates and the amperage at a much lower activity, but to create that action through the system that is necessary; for the purifying of the impulses between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal plexus, that make for the coordination of the activities of the organs in the system, is necessary.

6. Do that.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) How much diathermy in terms of milliamperage should be given the body, and for what length of time per treatment

from now on? (A) It has been indicated that this is to be applied according to the reactions in the body. It is to be left off for two or three treatments, you see, and then applied according to the reactions to the body. Whether it's thirty, forty, ten or five amperage and millimeters, this would be according to the REACTIONS to the body! See?

9. (Q) Please tell specifically the size plates to use and just where to place them? (A) As indicated, according to the REACTIONS to the body! It will be found to be different at different times! We have indicated that there has been too much diathermy, not enough coordination with the adjustments and the massage osteopathically administered. If these changes will be made, and these corrections be made, we find that the body will respond more normally.

10. (Q) Just where should the plates be placed? (A) Read WHAT WE HAVE GIVEN!

11. (Q) How long before the body will definitely notice an improvement from these treatments? (A) How long before the applications will be made positively in the nature to create those things that have been given? If the administrations will be made in such a manner the response will come, when these have had sufficient time for the body to react to the proper adjustments and proper activity of that which has been given. There should be response in the next two to three weeks.

12. (Q) How long before she will entirely recover? (A) How long is it until tomorrow? How long is it until next year? How long is it to the next century? When applications are made! This is not prognosticating as to whether she will think right, or that the applications will be made right! This is giving as to what will happen if they are done right, and if she lives and thinks right! The dependency is upon the will of the individuals respecting themselves and their application to those things that create constructive influences in the body and individual activities of individuals! ONE is dependent upon another! No prognostication may be made!

13. (Q) In making the adjustments, what specific vertebrae are involved? (A) These have been named.

14. (Q) Is there anything else Dr. Coombs can do to help her, other than what he is doing? (A) If these adjustments and treatments will be made in accordance with the needs, the requirements, the conditions

that exist with the body, the body-physical and mental will respond to same. That is all that is required of him, or asked of him, or sought by the body. But use the corrections and suggestions as given in a CONSISTENT and in a PERSISTENT way and manner; not as rote to see what would happen but rather as a NECESSARY thing for the correction of disturbances in the body.
