Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [618].

2. Now, while we find in many respects conditions are very good, there are those disturbances in the physical functioning of this body of [618], as we find, that may be corrected and relieve the body from a great deal of distress and inconvenience that is caused at times.

3. The disturbing factors, as we find, have to do with the eliminations and disturbances in same through the alimentary canal, and disorders that have exited and do exist there from factors that will be given in the varied activities through portions of the body.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [618] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there are the disturbances that indicate a variation in the pressure in the heart's action, making for the tendency for the low activity and a very high hepatic circulation; for the disturbance that has been indicated exists more in the activities through the eliminating system that is affected and does affect the organs of the hepatic circulation, through the stomach, bowels, intestines, liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys. While all are involved in various ways and manners, most of these - as will be seen - are from reflex action. The blood circulation through these portions of the system indicates not only where but how the disturbance affects the body in its various forces. Hence being of a temperament, and affecting the portion of the body as it does, such as to make for the disturbance in the metabolism of the system; reducing or making a low pressure in the blood supply.

6. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEM of the body, here we find more reflex conditions than that they are produced by the nerve system; but the nerve system is affected by disturbance in the functioning of organs that have been disturbed in

618-1 Page 2

manners that we will indicate.

7. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

8. Brain forces are very good.

9. The activities in the sensory system - that is, in the eyes, ears, nose and throat, or the organs of the sensory system - show disturbances at times, which is more from reflex action, from poison and pressures created in the nerve system as a reflex condition, than from the organs' disturbance themselves. Hence we have had varied periods of reaction, especially in the vision - when the lids were affected and the eyeball itself was irritated, as from an acidity that affected the optics themselves. Again we had rather the tendency (of course, this was in times back) for the accumulation of refuse forces in the lids, and at times they became irritated and the eye vision itself - with strain or wind - made for the tendency of a good deal of eructation from the ducts in that portion of the body which act not only as the cleansing but to make sufficient eructation to prevent irritations to the portion of the body. These have become inflamed at times. There are those activities, as we shall see, that produced this.

10. As to the throat, bronchials, lungs and larynx, only at times NOW do we have those things that disturb same, when the low blood pressure and the slowness of the circulation through the portions tend to make for a heaviness and the tendency for the body to take cold easily. However, as we find, through the respiratory system has entered in the beginning that which caused the greater distress for the body of [618] in the present, than from any other one condition. In times back there was an activity known as the "flu" that settled in the stomach and intestines, you see, or more in the intestines here; and this has produced those disturbances with the digestive system and the circulation as affected through the hepatics; and we have in the ascending colon an engorgement. That is, the activity there has caused the reactions to the portions of the system. It first began by the accumulation of phlegm, so that we have those forces about the lower end of the alimentary canal, about the sphincter muscles - folds there; which have produced irritation at times in the lower portion of the rectum, causing pains and at times great reaction in the form of lacerations in a measure. This same condition produces, through the colon and through the stool, a great deal of mucous at times, a great deal of gas, that makes a pressure and a disturbance towards the upper portion of the descending colon. All of these are the effect, as it were, of the settlings of a cold germ that has produced - and does

618-1 Page 3

produce - this engorgement, and naturally a form of prolapsus in the ascending colon, or from the caecum up. Hence we have at times in the right portion of the body a tendency of a drawing, as if the right limb would draw towards the body; while we have just the opposite almost in the left portion, or a heaviness across the abdomen here. Producing inflammation in this form and manner makes for the irritation to the other portions, as we have seen, from the circulation to that part of the body that aids in distributing the lymph activity throughout. Hence the sensory system becomes involved, as the organs of digestion and of eliminations throughout the system.

11. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions as we find with this body, we find this would be the better manner in which to begin with these:

12. First we would be very mindful of the diet. Not so strict as to make a burden to the body, you see, but rather as an outline would this be given, that we may create for the system and for the body a correct balance, and thus alleviate the activities that have disturbed and that do disturb the physical functioning of the body.

13. Then, for the first two or three days, we would begin with preferably the citrus fruit juice diet; not a great deal of other than just the citrus fruit juice diet, just for the two or three days, you see. This will tend to alkalinize the whole system.

14. Then we would begin with the high enemas or the colonic irrigations; not attempting to take too great quantities of the water at the first periods. But in preparing the first cleansing solution, to half a gallon of tepid water we would add a level teaspoonful of salt and a heaping teaspoonful of baking soda, letting this dissolve in the water, you see. Then, when the last injection is to be used, to a quart and a half of the tepid water add a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline. The water should be tepid; not hot nor cold. Such an enema or colonic cleansing should be given following the three day citrus fruit diet period. Then skip two days and take another. Then take them about once a week until five or six have been taken.

15. When these enemas have begun, change the diet to that which will be more substantial as to the rebuildings in the system.

16. We would also begin with the electrically driven vibrator over the lumbar, the lower dorsal, and throughout the whole spinal system; but SPECIFICALLY in the lower dorsal and lumbar area, and from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the 8th and 9th dorsal.

17. Do these, following these specifically, keeping those activities about the body, and we will clear much of these conditions.

18. As to those specific conditions for the eyes themselves, where there is this irritation from the acids and from the pressures in the system, we will find these will clear considerably. Then, through the optometrist that only FITS glasses, have the correct glasses adjusted for the eyes, you see. But do not treat the eyes; for we will treat them from those necessary influences from within, and the local conditions would be met only with the local antiseptics that may clarify the conditions in the optics themselves.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What is the cause of pain in right arm? (A) Neuritis. Pressure from poisons in the system, as indicated in the transverse or upper portion of the transverse colon.

21. (Q) What is cause of cramps in feet and limbs? (A) These are produced from the pressures in the lumbar area, as indicated from the toxic forces and poisons from the condition existent in the colon itself.

22. (Q) What causes the pressure in the vagina? (A) The colon pressure here, you see, where there is the fullness of the colon here; this produces the pressure on the organs that makes for the tendency of the bearing down, and at times produces irritation to the bladder. But with the removal of these through the colon, being mindful of the diet and keeping the electrically driven vibrations for the body, we will overcome the conditions. The vibrator should be applied every day for about fifteen minutes, when ready to retire. Begin with this treatment about the same period when the colonics are begun, you see.

23. (Q) There's a little lump on my back. (A) This is a congestion of the fatty tissue in the portions of the system. Massage this with a little Iodex each day, and with the general treatments that we have given for the other portions this will disappear.
