Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [619]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, so long as the body keeps to the suggestions in a consistent manner there are improvements. There should be the recognized fact by the body that in the present age and temperament, and under the environs in which the body has made or does make for the greater activities [Furniture manufacturer's agent, travelling most of time.], it does not build up as fast as it once did. But if there will be the adherence to those things suggested, sufficient time for the body to adjust itself, we will find these will bring the corrective measures for this body, [619].

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) What is causing the irritation on the feet and what should be done for same? (A) Make a specific correction, as was indicated for the body, in the 4th lumbar and in the coccyx. And bathe the feet in a weak solution of Absorbine, Jr., and we will find these conditions in the feet will disappear. Or we may massage same with that combination which has been put together known as Dog On Foot. This will heal those tendencies for the accumulations there by the infectious forces that have been gotten in not too clean a pool.

5. (Q) What has caused the pain across back? (A) The heaviness for the reaction in the diet, and the lack of sufficient manipulations to correct these.

6. (Q) Why does the cough still continue, also pains in chest? (A) Too much sweets!

7. (Q) Please outline specific diet. (A) Take that which has been given heretofore; adhering more to those of the fruits and vegetables and not so much meat, starches or sugars.

8. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time?
