1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [619]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, in the main the general physical forces show for improvements since last we had same here. Yet there are still the effects of the shake-up, as it were, and the tendency for localization of distressed portions in the circulatory forces as related to the minutia or the lymph flow to settle in areas under strain, or through cold and congestion, or the combination of these.

3. Hence, as we find, with the general disturbance of a slowed circulation, the body at times easily tires and feels fagged, portions of the extremities appear to be asleep or a tingling sensation and disturbance through the sacral and about the coccyx area, especially for those tendencies for the settlings to make for these portions becoming more sensitive to those disturbing conditions or lack of the proper eliminations of energies used to overcome strain, shock to the nervous system and the like.

4. For the natural increase of the necessity of the body creating larger quantities or amounts of that plasm to build tissue that has been injured leaves the great amount of dross, ash or refuse forces to be eliminated; and it is this, with the slow circulation, that tends to make for in this body, as well as most others under such conditions, the after effects of a nerve and physical shock, and a settling or tending to adhere in portions of the body.

5. As we would find, in the present, be very careful that there is one to two - preferably two - evacuations through the alimentary canal each day. Not so much by cathartics but either by diet or enemas.

6. Also, at least every ten days, have a steam rub, either as a steam bath in cabinet or a Turkish bath, though do not go into the steam room! This may be taken in a cabinet bath

but do not heat the body to too great a temperature. A fume bath of the pine oils, or pine oil and witchhazel and wintergreen, equal portions, would be well. Then a thorough rubdown afterwards with salt rum would be well, with the alcohol after same, of course, to prevent cold or congestion.

7. We would give especial treatment or attention osteopathically to the small of the back, between the shoulders, back of the head. This will make for strengthening of the body as well as for removal of the causes of the aches and dullness and pains through the body, strengthening the whole of the circulation. And this should not interfere with the osteopathic manipulations for adjustments and general activity. In the osteopathic manipulations pay particular attention to the 3rd and 4th cervical, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dorsal, the 4th lumbar throughout the coccyx area.

8. Do those.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Is there any injury to chest or heart from an accident? (A) We do not find so; only the strain or the fullness or heaviness and those very tendencies as indicated which make for labored breathing at times with a little activity, which is through the actions of the lymph and the emunctory flow as has been indicated in attempting to eliminate. Hence the necessity of the excess, as it may appear, of the eliminations through alimentary canal and the stimulation through nerve and plexus of the body.

11. (Q) Can anything be advised for low blood pressure and tired feeling? (A) Do those things as we have indicated, these would help. And this will come back to normal.

12. (Q) What can be done to relieve this continual severe pain and ache at the end of bones in buttocks when sitting? (A) That as has been indicated for the sacral and coccyx area. This taking of these fumes and the thorough rub with the natural oils and salt rum and alcohol will relieve this tiredness and gradually eliminate the causes; and thus relieve the distressed area.

13. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) Do those things as indicated and keep well balanced with the diet, and we will find the better conditions for this body.
