Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [622]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while there are many conditions that show a great improvement, there are those tendencies that arise from a stricture or disturbance in the gall duct area; as produces a catch or a stitch, as it were, in the side at times - or in the area just below the diaphragm and extending somewhat across the upper portion of the abdomen at times.

3. For this particular disturbance, as we find in the present, we would take a consistent and persistent exercise that would be of the nature of the setting-up exercises (taken regularly).

4. And then, occasionally, once a week or once in two weeks, take a couple of tablets of Zilatone.

5. The condition should disappear.

6. It is in the nature, then, of sediments that arise from the inactivity of the ducts and glands that work with the secretions both of the pancreas, the spleen, the liver in their activity that assists in the proper balance of those flows from the excretory functioning of these organs as combined upon the activity of the assimilations for the digestive forces.

7. We would take the exercises, then, a few minutes of morning and a few minutes of evening before retiring. This will not only strengthen the body as related to the digestive forces and eliminations in the system so as to eradicate this disturbance, but will give more poise, more balance, more of the necessary activities in the muscular forces of the whole body for better activity.

8. Do that.

9. (Q) Was the second filling of the prescription correctly done? If so, why did it strangle me every time I took it? (A) This has nothing to do with the condition in the

present. The condition of the system, and the MANNER in which it was taken, made for this activity. Take these as we have indicted in the present, you see; for those properties have in a manner set up such an activity that we may make a coordination by the movements or the muscular reactions and forces through the setting-up exercises. This means not just a minute of running the arm up and down, or stooping up and down, but the general bending exercises of the waist, the stooping and rising and bending, and the circular motion of same. Then about once a week, or once in two weeks, take a couple of the Zilatone tablets. And drink at least eight to ten glasses of water on the day these are taken.

10. (Q) Is my present method of voice training an improvement over the previous one? (A) An improvement. As will also be the exercises, using the head and neck, an improvement over the manner of the muscular forces for the respiratory system, for the throat and head.

11. (Q) Any further advice? (A) These, as we find, we would give and do - for this body in the present.
