1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. Now, as we find, those acute conditions in the cold and congestion that was caused in portions of the system show a great deal of improvement, through the setting up of eliminations through the alimentary canal, stimulating the activities of the hepatic circulation and of the organs of the system as related to creating better activities in eliminations of the system.

2. Now we need those applications that will make for the eradication of causes, as well as effects in the system.

3. Because we are changing the vibrations through other applications that would be made for the body, do not leave off - when necessary - those stimulations for the eliminations through the alimentary canal, but these would be taken only when necessary - or every two to three, to five days. But the other applications would be given, that there may be reached the basis of the disorders and the causes of the greater distresses in the system.

4. Then, we would begin with those vibrations that may be given from the electrically driven vibrator, each evening. Give not only along the cerebrospinal system but extend over the centers of locomotion, brachial plexus, solar plexus, and especially the lumbar plexus; following also along the inside of the limbs to the feet, going over the soles of the feet and around the ankles particularly. These will aid in stimulating circulation and in eliminating from the system those conditions that destroy the effectiveness of activities in the body nominally. In these applications we would use, preferably, the cup applicator.

5. Also we would begin with either cabinet sweats or blanket sweats, which would be taken once each week; preferably in the evening just before retiring. Not merely just a hot bath, see - but rather dip sheets in as hot water as the body can stand and wrap well in same, then cover the body

with blankets - or wrap in blankets sufficient to make the sweat glands of the body respond, and the respiratory system. Remain in the sheets until they have cooled entirely, see? Then sponge off the body with tepid water in which there is put those properties that will make for a stimulation more to the capillary circulation; or salt rubs - that is, dry salt; not to produce irritation, no - but the hand merely dipped in the salt and the limbs and spine rubbed well with same, see? Then, when the body is sponged off again, we will find the rest for the body will be exceedingly well.

6. Every other day, or every two or three days, we would also use high enemas; not colonics, but rather high enemas. In the first three quarts of water add a level tablespoonful of salt and two level tablespoonsful of soda. This will create more of an alkalin condition and empty those distresses, that have produced partially those re-infections in the system - from the torpidity in the activity of the colon, and the dilations that have existed there. There is not so great a prolapsus as has existed; rather a dilation and an inactivity through same. In the last quart of water (after the eliminations have been finished) we would put a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline and two teaspoonsful (be quite a difference) Milk of Bismuth. Stir this in. These will give great relief for these conditions.

7. Do these, and we will find that we will bring better conditions for the system.

8. Keep in those activities that will make for better physical and mental coordination throughout the body.
