Time of Reading 11:30 to 12:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [626].

2. Now, as we find, there are disturbing conditions for the better physical functioning of the body. While these have made inroads into the vitality, and in the disturbance to a great deal of the physical forces of the body, there is - as we find - that resistance and vitality which if builded up may bring again in this experience the ability to have many days and years for for physical activity; giving a better body-physical and mental for the carrying on of those purposes and desires of the soul.

3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [626] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. We find the BLOOD SUPPLY low in vitality, yet there are in portions of the system the elements necessary for resuscitation and for the activities in the vital forces of the body to bring about such vital energies and activities in the whole supply as to overcome those things that have been detrimental in the organs; also to produce nearer and nearer normal conditions in the whole forces.

5. The numbers in the red blood cells are very deficient; those in the white also; but the leucocyte numbers or warriors of the system have maintained that vitale which is from the first impulses in the physical forces that make for SOMETHING to build upon.

6. The NERVOUS forces of the body, we find, have almost reached those conditions wherein ofttimes the body has maintained its resistance upon the nerve system, and the vitality of same. This has become oftentimes tiring, wearing, and the energies of the body become almost nil; yet these are in that position, with the activities of the resistances that are left, wherein there may be builded much that will make for responses; not only in keeping the

626-1 Page 2

coordinations and the activities necessary to keep an even balance throughout the recuperative forces but to supply energies for the activities in many fields of endeavor.

7. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

8. The organs of the sensory system have been under a strain; the eye, ear, throat; through the lack of the resistances; and this has made for the periods when there has been the tired, aching feeling, as of the lack of any "fight", as it were.

9. In the throat, lungs, bronchi, we find much of those things and influences that have called upon the vitality of the system; for there has been little of the proper coagulation created in the lung forces themselves, yet these have made for a resistance whereunto it has kept a near normal heart activity even under the stress and strain that has existed in the system at times. Though these have wasted away in much of the activity and in the abilities for the clarifying, yet all that exists in its functioning RESPONDS so long as there is the ability of the leucocytes to prevent those breaking forces or wasting forces in the activities as to keep the building of the proper relationships to the circulatory system.

10. As to the heart's action, then, it is as indicated; one that has been USING all the vitality in the system for the the sustenance of those forces to carry on its circulation. Weary at times has it grown in its activity, yet - we might say, too - one determined in its resistances that have been created.

11. The activities in the digestive system in many respects are near to those things that may be used as the basis upon which the building-forces may be relied upon to produce for the body the better resistances. While little of the fats may be used, these in their proper associations and relations will make for the sustaining of the vital forces of the body; and keeping assimilation near normal we will make for those productions within the body whereunto there may be the recuperative forces and the sustaining and the vitale increased to such measures and manners as to bring about much bettered conditions for this body of [626] we are speaking of.

12. In the liver's activity, here we have the greater anxiety for the things that may be used as applications for the resuscitating forces. For there must be kept in the hepatics the coordination between the liver, the spleen, the pancreas, the lacteal ducts and the kidneys themselves; the proper balances, for once these become in such measures as to make for deterioration, these will make for things hard

626-1 Page 3

to combat. As yet we find them each responding to those activities that may be brought about for the resuscitation, for the revitalization of the blood stream, for the aiding of each portion of the organism itself in bringing about the bettered forces for the body.

13. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions, as we would find, these must be taken in systematic and consistent, yet persistent ways and manners. There must be planned, as it were, a campaign for the revitalization of the whole system, meeting those conditions that must be combated by the building of those influences within the system as to make for the proper resistances, and yet being able to at all times to care for the drosses that must be the natural accumulations from the tearing away, as it were, of the old influences and forces within the system, and clearing for the building up of the body-physical, the body-mental.

14. These may be kept first and foremost by the proper relationships of the physical forces to the mental and spiritual applications of the body.

15. KEEP then, first, the correct attitude. See not only through rote that those things being applied are for a special purpose, but see that activity in self BEING carried on in the physical forces of the body! EXPECT that being applied to have the desired effect! Make all the forces of the mental body so aware of the applications that you will feel, you will know, you will EXPERIENCE the revitalizing of the self throughout.

16. Begin first, then, as with these:

17. Take twice each day one-eighth grain of carbonated or Animated Ash. Empty the powdered ash onto tongue and wash down with water. Do not take in capsule.

18. Three to five minutes after the Ash has been, apply the violet ray over the area from the 3rd and 4th cervical to the 9th dorsal, for about three to five minutes.

19. Begin with the activities in the diet that will make for the resuscitating of more vital forces. Do not overfeed, so that the body becomes a dross pit - as it were; but only take sufficient that the body does assimilate, does USE UP those forces that are taken into the system.

20. Take at least during the day as much as an ounce and a half of BEEF JUICE; not broths, but beef juice! unless this disagrees with the body. Of course, there maybe periods when it may burn the stomach, or should it do this then reduce the QUANTITY but keep on taking. It would be better for this to be taken just as medicine, every two to three hours, you see, and keep assimilating it.

626-1 Page 4

21. Also take, almost opposite from the beef juice periods, small quantities of Olive Oil, that will add to the vital forces of the digestive system so that - as the expansions are made in the activative forces of the organs that require food values (for we are going to build a good appetite!) - we will keep adding to the vital forces of the assimilating system; that we may meet all of the emergencies.

22. Also in a gallon size charred keg we would put half a gallon of apply brandy; not "jack" or cider, but apple BRANDY. Set this one end, and have hole in same so that the gases that form in the space above the quantity may be breathed into the lungs two or three times each day.

23. We will also find that during those periods the eating of nuts will be the better diet, just so they are assimilated; especially almonds and peanuts - each one of these well masticated, you see. All others may be included somewhat.

24. Not too great a quantity of sugars or carbohydrates, but sufficient of same in all the foods taken that there may be supplied the energies for the activities of the other principles that are taken.

25. Two or three times a week have a thorough massage (this should be given at home, but just before retiring) along the cerebrospinal system, from the head to the middle of the spine - and from the lower limbs even to the middle of the spine; one going up, the other coming down, you see, towards the central portion of the body. THOROUGH MASSAGE. This means manipulating, following along those lines ordinarily used in the NEUROPATHIC application; or following the nerve ends from their centers, or from their ganglia to the extremities of the body, in the torso and in the limbs also. This about twice to three times each week. This will make for more VITALITY in the system, and the addition of those influences for the activities and giving sufficient of the activity for the body for the actions of those things taken internally and that may be applied.

26. Following or during the period of massage there may be used on the body a compound of equal portions of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh, heating the oil and adding the myrrh - about two tablespoonsful should be used each time. Make this fresh each time it is to be used on the body. This will make for a better respiratory activity and make for the superficial circulation to be carried so that the respiratory system aids in its eliminations from the system.

27. Keep the activities of the alimentary canal near normal.

28. Do these, and in six weeks we would give further instructions and the changes.

29. Ready for questions.

30. (Q) Should I take milk in any form? (A) Not so much of milk at the present time; we are taking that which makes milk and a better quality of it than is made by the animal - in the own body!

31. (Q) How much olive oil should I take daily? (A) That the body will assimilate; taken every two hours apart. Just about a quarter teaspoonful each time. Don't let this sour or become rancid. If the body begins to belch it, reduce the quantity - even if it's only two or three drops - but keep on taking it!

32. (Q) Should I take egg and brandy inwardly? (A) This would be very beneficial at times; not overcrowding it with those things that we are taking, see? As the body comes along with these applications, if it finds that it needs such, alright! You see, we are taking something to eat every two hours; food for the system, food for the intestinal system; this, of course, should not interfere with the regular meals - but she won't want so much at these times. And if the body requires egg and brandy, or egg and beer, then take it - but don't use the white of the egg, only the yolk.

33. (Q) What should she take for eliminations? (A) Best in the beginning to use enemas for the eliminations; but as the olive oil is taken and assimilated, and there's been several of the massages, we won't have near so much trouble has has existed.

34. (Q) Please advise me in regard to my teeth. (A) After about ten days, or two to three weeks, we would have some specific or local applications for these. Not right immediately.

35. (Q) How much water should I drink daily? (A) Six to eight glasses, and be very well that at least some of this carry a small pinch of elm or Yellow Saffron. About half. Every other glass, take one or the other of these in it, see?

36. (Q) How much and what kind of exercise? (A) Do not be so overanxious about the exercise. Just what the body calls for. The body is NOT naturally of the nature to be one to rest; it overdoes itself more than it underdoes it! But be active according to the dictates of the own feelings.

37. (Q) What is the cause and cure for the mole on my forehead? (A) This is a pressure of a cell that broke, caused from the time of some activities in the growing of the body itself. Do not let this disturb thee at present. Later we will make application of a gentle massage of Castor Oil and

626-1 Page 6

overcome much of it. But we must make the proper assimilations and the proper activity of the respiratory system before we commence troubling with this.

38. (Q) Please give cause and cure for drawing in my ankles? (A) Cause: The lack of vitality in the system. Cure: The general conditions as we have given for the whole body, and especially the massages that we have given along the tendons and all along the respiratory system - which means all of your skin, you see.

39. (Q) Do I have pus on the kidneys? (A) No.

40. (Q) Please give cause for the difficulty I have at times in swallowing. (A) Lack of the lymph circulation in those portions of the body that are affected, as indicated by that given. Hence the treatments from the violet ray, when those portions are taken, which will add to the oxygen for the system. About the third time, and we won't have much trouble with this. Do these things that we have outlined, in a consistent and persistent way and manner, and with that expectancy as we have indicated; knowing that all the necessary vital forces of the body may be applied and supplied from without, as all increase comes from the activative forces in the various forms of matter - as we have given - and we will find the body will begin, in at least three to five days, to find improvement. Do that.

41. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (A copy of letter explaining Ash and directions for making beef juice was enclosed. Was advised by GD to ask about anything not understood.)
