Time of Reading 7:40 to 7:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [627], near ..., Virginia.

2. Now, as we find, conditions are very serious. Unless there are material changes we do not find the physical body recovering from those distresses under which it is laboring in the present.

3. The conditions, as we find, is that of congestion - we might say throughout the whole body; so that there is little of the lymph circulation, and the congestion has produced a hindrance to the impulses to the system from its general reaction - so that the mental AND the physical are also involved in the conditions.

4. These, as we find, arise from the effect of segregations in the lymph and emunctory activity; hence causing the estrangement of the mental and physical forces in the body one toward another in the activity.

5. We would, though, apply heat to the body - with the body being massaged first thoroughly in oil, combined in this manner: Oil of Mustard..............1/2 ounce, Oil of Cedar..................1 quart, Oil of Sassafras..........2 1/2 minims, (Yes, this will penetrate with the other, you see), Russian White Oil.............1 quart. Take sufficient to massage the body thoroughly all over, see?

6. Then apply hot blankets; placing an application of the plaster as of mustard at the base of the brain.

7. If this is applied, we would find REST for the body - and the circulation altered.

8. Later it would be necessary to apply the diathermy treatments. These, as we find, will be the only way of preventing the body being left paralyzed in portions or being mentally unbalanced; unless these are carried, as we

find here.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Did the measles cause this condition? [See 627-1, Par. R1.] (A) It's rather congestion produced on the affected portions from measles; rather of a more severe effect to the circulatory system.

11. (Q) Are there any after effects from an appendicitis operation several months ago? (A) This, as we find, is rather the cold, congestion to those portions of the system as indicated; not so much from the appendicial condition, though, of course, the subjugation of the mental forces through those activities necessary for the operation have NOT been eliminated from the system; and thus has its part IN the mental or separation from the mental and physical forces, see?

12. (Q) Why did he turn black after the spasms? (A) Coagulation not being carried on. The lymph and emunctory circulation. The lymph, see?

13. (Q) What caused the spasms? (A) Pressure on the nerve forces to the brain centers, produced by the general congestion in the whole system.

14. (Q) Who in his home would better understand this reading and be more capable of carrying it out? (A) The PHYSICIAN SHOULD!

15. (Q) Has he a bursted blood vessel? (A) Clot.

16. (Q) When should the diathermy treatments be begun? (A) After the body has regained its circulation sufficient for the color to be more in the normal activity.

17. (Q) How should the diathermy be applied; any special directions? (A) No, the regular - as it would be from the cerebrospinal system.

18. (Q) Any other advice regarding this body? (A) As we find, this we would do.

19. (Q) What nourishment should be given? (A) Anything that's hot. Gruels, or those that are almost pre-digested; but hot.
