Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [632]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, conditions are considerably on the improve. While there must be precautions taken respecting the changes that necessarily come about with the establishing of a coordination and an equilibrium throughout the system, if there are the proper precautions taken, as we find, there is no reason why conditions should not continue to be on the improve.

3. There is considerable irritation in the lower hepatic circulation, that causes disturbances in the kidneys; also still those tendencies and weaknesses for the digestive system and gastric juices to become disturbed through the taxations to or from elements that are not easily absorbed by the system - or that furnish an influence that has an antipathy for the gastric flow. Hence precautions should be taken respecting the diets of the body.

4. With these precautions, and with those applications that we have indicated in the general conditions, the body [632] should continue to be on the improve.

5. Then, in making these applications, as we find, it is necessary that there be the continued use from time to time - as indicated - of the Oil Packs, that will prevent the accumulations in the tissues of the intestinal system, or through the organs or activities of those conditions in the system.

6. There will be the necessity of making for something of a counter-irritant, externally, to those tendencies of the kidneys for their inflammatory conditions that arise at times; thus producing - through the activity of the bladder and the regular system as it attempts to eliminate - a preventative from these conditions becoming centralized or localized into a condition that would attempt to react or

632-6 Page 2

create an activity within itself. Then, we would use equal parts of Mutton Suet, Spirits of Camphor and Spirits of Turpentine, to massage gently over these areas; applying afterwards hot salt (in bags) - which is preferable to the wet heat; for the reaction that comes from same would be preferable in making same effective in the tissue of the body.

7. Then, keep the manipulations that make for the better form of distribution of energies throughout the whole of the body itself; for these - as we find - offer the better manner or mode of preventing any portion of the organism from becoming congested; keeping the proper drainage and causing the general activity to continue to be on the improve.

8. We find that the diet should continue to be of the body-building nature, with - of course - the Oil that becomes food value to the intestinal system, taken internally. Not large quantities, but small quantities taken often for a period - then leaving it off for a period - would be the better and more effective; half to a quarter teaspoonful taken every two or three hours will be more effective with the activities of the system than in taking large quantities; for it will absorb and become active with the gastric flow, with the activities of the forces in the body, and will act as an intestinal food - which, in these conditions, becomes necessary.

9. In the diet, beware of too much starches of ANY kind; that is, do NOT include potatoes or rice or white bread or anything of this nature. However, ROAST potatoes with the jackets would be alright, if there would only be eaten the jackets and the small portion that adheres to the jacket - for this portion of the potato carries properties that are NOT acid-producing and not too great an amount of starch; but do not eat the bulk of the potato! No bananas! No apples, that are raw - though baked or cooked apples may be taken. Use citrus fruits; all of these may be taken, as also may grapes, pears, pineapples or such natures. Preferably use the fresh fruits, or the nearer fresh fruits; preferably NONE that are canned with any preservative such as benzoate of soda! Use all the other vegetables that are well-balanced; and the meats that we have indicated. Keep, of course, the Olive Oil and the Cod Liver Oil - that make for carrying certain vitamins for the building in the system.

10. Do these and, as we find, we will bring the better conditions for this body, [632].

11. Ready for questions.

632-6 Page 3

12. (Q) How often should the mutton suet massage be given, and where applied? (A) About once or twice each week; this depends upon the reaction to the kidneys as created by same. Apply, as given, over the kidney area; and the effect will be to relieve these conditions that produce distresses to the body, and reflexes that are at times distressing.

13. (Q) Why does the urine run so slow in morning? (A) The tendency for congestion, through those inflammations that are created by the attempt of the body to eradicate poisons from the system; producing congestion in the organs themselves.

14. (Q) Is this a kidney condition? (A) As indicated, it is a kidney condition; not so much the bladder, though - of course - the inflammation from same affects the bladder.

15. (Q) Is the growth or swelling on the abdomen getting larger or is there anything at all of the original condition still there in the abdomen area? Please explain. (A) Little or no portion of the original condition; though, to be sure, where there was the congested area, the thickened portions of tissue still exist; but if there will be kept those applications as we have indicated, we find these will entirely disappear - dissipate entirely.

16. (Q) What causes the cough? (A) The irritation to those congestions, or producing congestions in the bronchi and larynx. And, as we will find, the manipulations at the 3rd and 2nd dorsal and the upper cervicals will relieve these considerably.

17. (Q) How long will it be before [632] is all well again? (A) As soon as there has been not only the overcoming of those conditions (for it is on the recuperative forces) but the establishing of an equilibrium and a coordination throughout the body. As to how long, this depends - to be sure - upon the RESPONSES; and as to how well these are kept in a coordinating manner. Read what we have just given in the first portion here.

18. (Q) Is there anything that can be given to relieve the urine condition? (A) As given. Use the applications as we have given here. These, as will be noted, are active forces with the lower portion of the hepatic circulation. It becomes necessary, as indicated, that we keep an equilibrium; not allowing any portion of the body or organ - to become affected by the congestion and thus set up a condition such as to establish an activity within itself. The properties as indicated are both penetrating and counter-irritant, and are effective to

632-6 Page 4

the activity of the organs themselves. Do these, and we will find we will bring relief for this body.

19. (Q) How often should the oil packs be given now? (A) Three to four times each week. In the manipulations, there would not be so great an amount of adjustments as there would be the stimulating of those centers that keep for - and make for - the keeping of the proper balance, with the proper drainages to all portions of the system that have been affected - and that need the stimulation as the conditions are going about to adjust themselves. For, in ANY application that may be made of ANY nature for healing to a body, it is only to supply that means, that channel through which life energies in a body may find the better channel for manifestation. HEALING is done by the body. Those applications to same only prepare the way for same to be accomplished.
