Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before.

2. There are still a great deal of disturbing influences about the body, and in the physical reactions there apparently at times is an ebbing of the resistances; but if there will be kept the greater hopefulness - and the physical applications be not as rote, but rather - as the varying ministerings are given - seeing the power, the influence of life, light and STRENGTH being given the body to meet those disturbing influences in same - we should continue to have a building up of resistance.

3. While there is more and more of an apathy indicated through the secretions that gather about the lung area, there should be the dissipation of same with the light that is penetrating in its activity (the ultra-violet ray). Not longer, nor oftener than once or twice each day; but over the frontal portion of the lungs and along the cerebrospinal system - as there is the penetrating effect of the rays to dissipate the condition - there should be the gentle massage and pressure; not as adjustments, but as general pressures in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th cervical, and the same in the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th dorsal - gentle pressures. These should aid in alleviating the lung condition. Not pressures in areas not indicated, but those given - in the cervical and dorsal regions; for these will work much more with the eliminations and drainage centers of the system. The gentle massage and pressure in the areas indicated, to stimulate the activity through the eliminating channels to the rest of the system; not allowing the fluids thus to accumulate in the pleura or in the lungs themselves. And we will find help; we will find the rest will be helpful to the physical body. It must! For His power is sufficient. Believe ye in Him. For health and life and love ARE HIS manifestations in the earth.

4. Such gentle pressure or massage, you see, should be given just following the use of the ultra-violet light.

5. Be mindful in not irritating. Do not OVER-stimulate the heart's action to its own undoing, by the inducing of mechanical action; but let the power of love and truth and light - through the attitudes - KEEP the strength for the body.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) How is her condition today compared with yesterday? (A) Owing to the pressures from without, the natural inclinations seem somewhat more toward an apathy - or less strength; but we will find this will be revived.

8. (Q) Would onion packs or mustard packs dissolve the fluid in her chest? (A) This may be told more by following those suggested massages and pressures following the light. And should there still sound the gurgle or the fluid of same, then use the counter-irritant; the raw onions, ground, would be the more preferable, the more penetrating. While the mustard makes for more of a superficial stimulation, the onion would be penetrating and not as irritating. If it becomes necessary to use the onion packs, they would be used two or three times each day - not enough to fan about and give the body MORE cold, but make them heavy enough, thick enough, so that they will hold and maintain the heat - not a mere spreading on, but at least a quarter to half an inch thick, on front and back.

9. (Q) What can be given to strengthen her heart, in the line of medicine or otherwise? (A) As indicated, the food values are the greater strengthening. If it becomes necessary, of course, the Digitalin is more preferable than the Strychnine or the others - but keep as far from these medications as possible. Let the power of light and truth work through; for Nature and God are the greater - the only healers in this material influence.

10. (Q) Were the drops alright that were suggested by the doctor for stimulating or strengthening her heart, or do they cause weakness and sickness? (A) For the time being they were alright, but keep away from them as much as good judgement allows. But don't become panicky about the body. Let Him have His way.

11. (Q) What can be done to correct her cough? (A) This, of course, is a manner or way of the system's eliminating the poisons. Just so this does not become racking to the body as to break tissue, it is not harmful.

As we reduce the inflammation and the irritation, this of itself will be reduced - see? Do these. Keep the faith.
