Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [633].

2. Now, as we find, there are conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body, and unless changed or altered these WILL become constitutional disorders; for in the physical the glands are affected, and thus produce in the system conditions that will change or alter the activities of organs as related to the physical body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [633]; we are speaking of:

4. The BLOOD SUPPLY shows an indication of there being a disturbance in the circulation produced by toxic poisons that are affecting more the lymph circulation than the deeper circulation, thus making the body more amenable to any SYMPATHETIC condition - but particularly from the rashes that occur on various portions of the body from the head to the lower portions of the extremities at times, though not all at any ONE time; especially, though, in the forehead, in the area of the diaphragm, around the testes, and in various portions of the system. These, as we find, arise from specific conditions, but the affectation in its basic force is from a disorder in the ASSIMILATING glands and the ductless glands of the body.

5. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEM, this in its varied nature affects more the SYMPATHETIC system. Rather than the nerve forces being the cause, then, the nerve systems are affected BY the disorders in the ganglia and through the various centers, and more specifically as indicated from the places or position of the irritation in the lymph and emunctory centers and ganglia of same.

6. The functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

7. Brain forces are very good.

8. The functionings of the sensory system, the organs of same, are BECOMING at times involved by that which gives the

633-1 Page 2

appearance at times of a catarrhal condition; or an eczema that is IRRITATING, though these are the affectations, as we find, from a disturbance in the other portions of the system, as we will see; yet THESE must be cared for IN a manner that will meet them, if we are to eradicate the condition entirely from the system.

9. The bronchi, lungs, larynx, heart's action - pulsation near normal, circulation through the respiratory system is very good; no organic disturbance in any of these.

10. In the digestive system we find more effects (not causes, EFFECTS) of disorders from an INTESTINAL disturbance; for here we find there has existed for some time back, even from three to four months old, a disturbance in the digestive area, and a tendency towards an acidity. Hence through the activities in the jejunum there has been a THINNING of the walls, and a lack of sufficient lymph circulation through these portions of the system. And there has been the tendency then, for the time, to have first - as it were - a seepage that has not been able to be cared for through the proper eliminations, save that of the perspiratory system, and this affects and makes for those periods when there has been as a rash, as a temperature, as an irritation in many portions of the system. At times the tendency towards constipation; at others, with the least activity, a dysentery that has made for disorders, making for poor activity in the kidneys and in the liver itself; yet the ORGANS are not involved.

11. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions with this body, the very nature of the disorder indicates that there must not only be specifics but until the BODY has ADJUSTED itself in its circulation and in the activity of the glands, and in the coordination of the eliminating forces within, the system must keep and maintain precautionary measures - which means not so much a STRICT diet, but a CONSISTENT diet; for it will be found that ANY of those properties that carry an extra amount of iodine in certain forms are irritating to the body - as would be in shell fish of any nature, as in certain character of potatoes, as in certain character of vegetables that grow under the ground - as in salsify and such natures as these; for they carry those elements that are IRRITATING to the body, see?

12. Hence, for an outline of the diet, we would rather give those things to BEWARE OF; and then the body may use any of those other things as the taste demands:

13. Beware of bananas; of apples (unless they be cooked - roasted, especially, would be well). Beware of berries, especially those that are out of season in the SURROUNDING

633-1 Page 3

territory in which the body resides; that is, don't use shipped in strawberries, blackberries, or any of those fruits of that nature. Peaches, melons, when grown in the SURROUNDING country, would be very well; but not shipped fruit - for all fruits containing acid, that are gathered in a state that is not of the own RIPENING, maintain for such a condition as with this body very HARMFUL reactions; for the benzoates or the picric (?) or tetric (?) [tetracid - ? acetic?] or citric acids, that are accumulations from such, are harmful to the circulatory system. But the body should maintain each day at least ONE meal that is wholly of RAW vegetables, or if meats are desired eat the meats raw - but no cooked food for one meal each day. Citrus fruit juices, stewed fruits, especially raisins and grapes are well for the body - if WELL-RIPENED before they are used. Whether they are fresh or dried or packed, all of these are well for the body. As to meats, beware of fish or shell fish or any of the seafoods; for these are harmful to the body.

14. Keep the eliminations through the alimentary canal, but not by using cathartics. Rather by the diet and by the use of enemas or colonic irrigations.

15. As for the properties to be taken, not a great deal of what would be called by others medicinal properties; but as these:

16. To 3 drams of Yellow Saffron add about 16 ounces of water. Let this steep as tea for half to three-quarters of an hour; not boiling but just steeping, see? Use this as a drink three times each day. Take a GLASSFUL of it in the mornings before any meal is eaten, and before the evening meal (for we would have the raw vegetables in the middle of the day), and at night before retiring.

17. Take all the olive oil the body will assimilate, which means about half a teaspoonful every hour for at least five or six days at the time; then leave it off for a period of two or three days, then take it for another week or ten days at the time, see?

18. We would also apply the violet ray about three times a week along the whole length of the cerebrospinal system. Begin at the 9th dorsal and work downward over the whole length of the body. Then begin at the 9th dorsal and work upward over the whole length of the body, even to the finger tips.

19. Do this. Be careful. Be mindful. And we will RID the body of these conditions.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Should the Saffron tea be made fresh each day? (A) Three glasses is hardly sixteen ounces. Every other

day. See, this is a two day quantity.
