Time of Reading 1:30 to 1:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. As we find, while conditions are very good in many respects, there have been some upsets in the system; causing more than unusual reflex to the sympathetic nerve system. Thus there is produced a greater burning in the eyes, and the circulation through the throat and head becomes slowed; causing the tendency for a catarrhal condition in the ear, as an itching that has been produced at times.
3. These effects, as we find, are more from toxic poisons, by lack of proper eliminations. Not that there are not the movements through the alimentary canal. But the tendency for a portion of the colon to become involved causes the tendency for the toxic forces to arise, just as gases would form from conditions externally and fill a whole house. So do the gases form here, affecting the warriors or the leukocytes in the system - and thus the nervous system, the blood supply; slowing the circulation to any portion where there is weakness in the body.
4. As we find, whenever necessary - whether it's once a month or once in three months - take a colonic irrigation; but take a sweat and a rubdown afterward.
5. And then occasionally, twice or three times a month, have a general - GENERAL osteopathic manipulation.
6. Thus we would keep near normalcy for this body.

8. (Q) Are the eyes getting weaker? (A) Whenever there is an excess of distress to the general circulation, a strain is produce upon all of the sensory forces. Hence the injunction, or the suggestion, that there be the GENERAL manipulation osteopathically; with specific reference at such times for stimulating the circulation from the upper dorsal and the cervical centers to the forces and nerves of the head.
9. (Q) What is cause of pain in right side, and what will

relieve same? (A) Congestion in the area of the colon itself, and the caecum center - where there have been distresses before.
10. (Q) What kind of rubs should body have after sweats? (A) Olive Oil Rubs or Salt Rubs, or a combination; with an alcohol rub following same.
